Coastal Climate Experts

We've used Coastal Climate Experts for several years to service our older HVAC system and replace some parts here and there. They have always been pleasant, arrive on time, and do a great job. Most recently, we had a major issue with mold building up in the unit and needing a part replaced and mold cleaned out. The technician communicated the problem and solution effectively and got the part replaced and unit thoroughly cleaned out that day.

Got a TRANE system installed in August and has experienced nothing but issues for the last 8 months. Now, the owner, Joe, called shouting after I expressed my frustration that a supposed 'Trane expert' cannot install a simple machine without issues. The condenser, thermostat, refrigerant have all experienced issues separately and this team simply does not have the know-how or experience to fix it. Don't make my $10,000 mistake and stay far far away. Price may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Low quality installation and lack of ability to identify root causes of issues with the system. The techs were great and friendly, the owner is extremely unpleasant and has to shout like a child. I would give this 0 stars if I could.

It went very well. Very fast install and everything was set up very clean. Joe has installed completes systems for me in the past, and this time was as polished as before. I had a coincidental problem with my thermostat after the install, and he and his crew came out to fix it right away. I know they didn't have to, but they are just a very caring group of people.

The service turned out very well for me.  This work was performed at my primary address. There were 4 workers that came out to complete the job. The workers were excellent, very professional; they are experts in their field. I did not use anyone else before using this service provider.

Angel and Travis did an excellent job. They were doing regular a/c maintenance and discovered a clog in our drain line. They used solvent and vacuum suction on the outside line to clear the clog. All the work was part of our regular maintenance contract. Climate Experts has well trained courteous technicians and office staff. They know their business. You may find them a little pricier than some competitors, but they are honest and professional. They always offer additional services and work, but those are decisions you make. Our previous a/c company was not reliable. I think you will find Climate Experts ARE.

Daryll was very professional and explained everything he was doing, showed pictures of actual part to be installed and why he suggested the install. Suggested some duct work in which I’m waiting for the rep to come and give estimate on that process.

Billy was our tech today. I was very pleased with the thorough job he did. It was clear that he was on a mission. That was to find any problems that existed with our HVAC system. Malcolm was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my system. As he was servicing the machine he located a leak in the coil, he immediately explained the problem and made the repairs as quickly as he could. He was extremely considerate, well mannered and is a quiet professional. I am always impressed with the employees professionalism when they arrive, as well as the service they provide. Rest assured that when someone needs A/C repair, the only advice I give is to call Climate Experts.

Tanner surprised me with a full vent box rebuild which is well insulated and looks great. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service from Climate Experts and will be sure to refer them to anyone needing AC service or system replacement.
