From the first on-site evaluation until after installation it was fantastic. Bob was extremely professional, he took the time to really explain everything and give us options to choose from. We communicated multiple times via email and he was very responsive. Robert the installer was great as well. Very personable and had a great work ethic and personality. My wife and I were very pleased from beginning to end. We would absolutely recommend BRG Air Systems, we were referred to them by one of my co-workers and we were very happy we used them for the new AC system.

UPDATE – JANUARY 3, 2025 We finally had another AC contractor look at our system in March, 2024. He was surprised to see the unit installed in a space that was too small to allow it to work efficiently. It cost us $3,600 to have the system moved to a proper location, have the ductwork replaced and strapped up off the insulation to stop the condensation problem. It cost us another $2,900 to have the ceiling in the kitchen replaced. We would absolutely not recommend this AC contractor for anything. UPDATE – JANUARY 15, 2024 I was talked into removing this review in October, 2023 with the promise that all our issues would be addressed. I called a few times and was told that someone would contact me right after the holidays to schedule an appointment to get everything done. Today is January 15, 2024 and I have not received a call. No work has been scheduled. The small holes in my almost new kitchen ceiling are now larger holes and they are filled with black mold. The AC ducts are still not strapped up and are laying on the insulation continuing to create condensation. So much time has passed now that I am sure this black mold is probably all over the attic and in the AC ducts. We are having breathing issues when we are in the house that we don’t experience when we are away for a few days. We now face the task of finding someone to strap the ducts up off the insulation, having the attic and ducts inspected for mold and possibly mold remediation. This was not an inexpensive system and we should not be dealing with this. Hopefully we can save someone else from a similar nightmare. We had a heat pump AC system installed by BRG Air Systems in June/July of 2021. Two years prior we had done a major home renovation and had new ceilings throughout the house. A few months after installation of the AC system we discovered leaks in the ceiling in the kitchen. My husband tracked it down to extreme condensation from the air ducts and called BRG to investigate. They have been out a number of time since and have been unable to come up with a solution to the problem. At this point we have stains and holes in the ceiling from this water and the ceilings will have to be redone once the leaks are stopped. Their only solution so far was to drop off a small piece of insulation that will cover only a small portion of the ducts involved. It has taken two years to get to this point which is not helpful and today my husband is in the attic trying to figure out how to resolve the issue since they have been unable to help. This system cost us in excess of $16,000. We are, to say the least, disappointed in the lack of attention to a problem created by them which they have been uninterested in or unable to resolve. We are now faced with paying someone else to fix the problem as well as paying someone to repair the ceilings. I would give them negative stars but that is not allowed. The installation was completed on the date and time accepted. His service techs (Robert & Michael) performed an excellent job including answering all my questions in a very respectful and professional manner.
