Glacial Air came to my rescue, when a clog caused my A/C to stop blowing cold air. The team was very professional and communicated their arrival time with me. In the summer my unit broke and I was in discomfort for days, I was between repairing or replacing. I googled HVAC companies near me and submitted the reason for my outreach. I was immediately contacted by Mr Tomlinson. He was very pleasant and personable. He came and did an assessment, we discussed repairing vs replacing. He made very good arguments for both (Financially repairing would cost more in the long run, I'd already done three repairs within a year with other "technicians" ). Ultimately I decided to replace. All contacts subsequently were amazing. The office staff was very pleasant and responsive. The HVAC technicians were professional. When they came to replace the unit it was a very HOT Florida day. They did a great job!! The system is running perfectly and most of all it was very cost efficient. Great team all around. I would recommend Glacial Air for any and all HVAC needs.
