Matt was my service technician. I called ACS Home Services inquiring about air condition maintenance. When Matt arrived, he was very personable and professional. Unfortunately, I had a lot of mold in unit which Matt explained reason why and proceeded to clean system. I am now an extremely satisfied customer of ACS Home Services and recommend them highly. Horrible. Put a part in my air conditioner to make the life shorter. I was charged $700. I called the technician back and he said I would be charged another service fee to come back. My air completely stopped working. I would not refer them to a dog

UPDATE: Upon inspection, I was told there were some parts not up to code. It has been over a year and I cannot schedule the repair/replacement to take place. They installed my air conditioner, took the money, used some incorrect parts, and now I can't get them to come back.

Went very well. Everything completed in a timely manner. Technicians and office staff always informative and friendly.

I have used ACS home services for years. They installed a brand new unit several years ago and my electric bill was nearly cut in half. I didn’t realize how costly an inefficient system could be. I would absolutely use them again. I refer them to anyone who needs help and they always take great care. If you need overall maintenance or just a professional and knowledgeable eye on your home system, ACS is the way to go.

ACS was great from beginning to end. The scheduling was efficient, the technician called when he was on his way, the repair was done well, and the technician was available for follow-up questions after. Most companies would have just ended the service after the technician left, but ACS makes sure the job is done well and the customers happy. I would definitely hire them again!

Great! Very professional, helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We had to replace our 50 year old ducts and upgraded our AC system. It was quick job and everything was running so smoothly in our house with no issues once installed. 100% recommend!

On Jan 26th 2022 ACS went to my 88yr old mother-in-laws house to do a air conditioning tune up. They did the tune up and told her that the service box was rusted and needed to be changed. Which it did. The tune up was $24.95 but they asked her for a check for $1200.00 to cover the tune up and install the new box. They told her the box was on back order. they never gave her a service ticket for the call. I found out about this 2 weeks later and called and cancelled the order and to get a copy of the invoice. They did refund her money. Just telling everyone to get a few quotes for jobs. Got the job done for $405.00

I first hired ACS for a small job at a new house purchase in Holiday on the electrical box to remediate a double tap situation. ACS texted me to confirm my appointment the day prior and then on the day of service, they texted me when he was on his way. Richard was professional, courteous and well-groomed. He performed the service quickly and his attitude was very pleasant. I have hired them now two more times for different electrical services and my friend used them as well. All three times we had Richard and he was great! I will use ACS again and again because I can count on them to do a wonderful job and because Richard is a star employee.

The technician (Richard) arrived on time. He was professional, clean, worked quietly in my home. The finished product was awesome. My spare bedroom and pantry look great. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Richard
