Nate was a great guy and he had great job knowledge! He fixed a leak and made it quick! JT also did an amazing job cleaning my A/C unit! He is very thorough!

AND Services is absolutely amazing!! I arrived home to find my house hot and the air exchange blower working hard, but the AC wouldn't come on. AND Services sent Clark out to check my system; Clark was very friendly and knowledgeable, he quickly diagnosed that my system compressor had quit working. Clark coordinated with AND Services and scheduled a new system install for first thing the next morning. Justin and Levi arrived as scheduled and did a fantastic job changing out the AC system. They were very professional, detailed, and performance oriented. They did a great job of changing my AC system!! I'm now enjoying the incredible cooling system performance as the temperature quickly returned to a comfortable setting. I highly recommend AND Services!!

JT did a phenomenal job! came and did some maintenance on my unit and to his discovery it needed some serious cleaning, needless to say, he made sure it looked brand new before he left! And took his time to show me what needs to be worked on and why. Highly recommend!

Dylan and Greg were all awesome. Made it a great job and diagnosing our issue, providing excellent customer service and getting our stuff fixed a timely matter. Greg, especially with a master at minimizing the mess when he had to fix the pipe under our toilet.

Nathan is a fantastic plumber!! He quickly and very efficiently installed a whole home water filter for us in a challenging location around a work bench in our garage, insulated all the pipes and even mounted it as well. I can’t recommend him enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

I had a coupling start leaking on my side of ECUA water meter. So this AND services plumber I guess came out. He wrote me an estimate for like $1050. I said man are you kidding me? No thank you! I went to Ace Hardware and got everything I needed for $20. I will never call AND Services again. Pic below of little coupling. Absurd.....

Original review at the bottom. Updated: Finally got someone out. Took two weeks of calling. The technicians are generally good, but office staff and managers are next to useless if you're a customer with an issue. --- Background: We contracted AND Services to replace an end of life AC unit a bit over a year ago. A year later: Indoor AC unit started having heavy condensation at the top. So they come out and tell me that they need insulation panels. They schedule that, then come out and tell me they can't install the panels because the AC unit that they literally just looked at for panel installation was too close to the wall. So they reschedule for the next day to replace the entire top ductwork of the AC unit. Afterwards, they painted some sort of white sticky goo all over the ductwork, saying it was insulation. All it did was melt and ooze down the side of the AC unit and only the pedestal. I've tried getting in touch with AND Services to get this fixed. I called Tuesday, 12 August 2025 to have someone come out and take a look/correct the issue. I was told a manager would reach out to me the next day. I called again two days later, because nobody had reached out. I was told someone would call the following day. So I call today, 15 August 2025, and get told that there were no managers picking up their phone, no supervisors on call picking up their phone, but (once again) I was told a manager would call me tomorrow. Good service until your money is theirs, then goodbye to any form of customer service. --------- Original review: Ms. Emily was punctual and helped me with deconflicting services and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Mr. Levi and Mr. Tyler were absolutely fantastic with the install, more than happy to answer all my questions and even helped out with advice on another issue. Absolutely would use AND Services again.

Cobe was salesman/estimate guy and was nice but Ian the worker was not, Did not want to talk had earpiece in his ear Acting like he had a chip on his shoulder He worked really fast to get the job done Early but made couple of mistakes Said he'd been doing it a long time that's why he was so good at it .they did come same day for estimate and next day to do job which was good, charged me 6000.00 and wanted half up front,did not dispose of old one like said they would

Dylan O. was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained each step as he worked and allowed me to watch the camera with him and pointed out any issues he saw.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. When I called the offices to make an appointment,Annie answered the phone. She was very friendly and helpful. Dustin was our technician. He took the time to inspect everything and explain the issues. He gave us a few options on how to proceed. We chose to have a few things done, he immediately got started and continued until it was done. It is rare nowadays to come across people that will not only take the time to answer every question you might have concerning the issues, but that are very knowledgeable in their field and professional. If you are looking for excellent service and look no further than this company!!

Jackson was amazing, extremely forthcoming with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He evaluated my request to run a gas line from my existing line to the stove and gave me a reasonable price and a date for the work to be done within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be calling them again for plumbing work once this is finished.

Absolutely recommend!!! I came home from a trip to my AC unit being completely broken. Turns out our unit was older than I thought, and Dallas our representative, diagnosed everything and gave us all of our options. Obviously it was going to be a big purchase to get an entire new unit, but he worked with us to get us payments that we could manage. He treated us like a friend and was honest through the whole process. Dan, the manager then reached out to us as well to make sure technicians came out the very next day and they worked all day getting the new indoor and outdoor unit installed as well as a new thermostat. I am so so so grateful to say that we have AC now!!! And our system is updated and will not fail us in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a technician or a company that is honest and has integrity.

My wife and I would NOT recommend AND Services. The tech, Russel, claimed he would have to dig to expose 6 feet of pipe - as you can see he did not. Nor did he backfill the hole that was dug - told us to go buy a bag of dirt/sand to fill it in. They did not clean up any debris they created. They charged us $460 per hour…and he took his time! Keep looking - there has to be better service providers in the Crestview/FWB area.

I just want to say how much I appreciate Dallas coming to fix the issue with our A/C unit. We were having some issues with cooling and Dallas came out and found the problem and went over several options with us. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful, he made us feel confident in the decision we made. I highly recommend AND Services for any of your A/C and other services. Thank you Dallas and AND Services. I had a plumbing main drain back up into 2 out three bathroom toilets and showers, what a mess. Called And Services Emerald Coast, true to their word they arrived in the 2 to 4 hour window they promised. Ethan went straight to work, tested drain lines on both bathrooms and verified the sump pump was working. I asked him for the service call, he told me that he did not have to use any equipment so there would be no charge. This by far is 5 Star service, And Services Emerald Coast is now my plumber for all my household needs! Thanks for the great service your team provided, from you phone contact personnel, automated customer service texts, follow up voicemails and the onsite services were all outstanding, thanks again!
