Integrity Air and Heat

Horrible to deal with. They don't have employees they sub contract the work out. Their voicemail is always full, when they do respond it sounds they runa day care at same time. kids screaming in the background. Owner responded that he is out of the country and office is closed on Friday. Been waiting weeks for an update they stated their sub contractor service person has not provided paperwork to order the part. Been without AC for a month. Now Winter is coming wonder how long till i have heat.

I am so sad to write a negative review but I hope it spares someone the stress this company has put me through since Feb.10. I am the legal guardian of a loved one who is incapacitated. Their furnace broke a few times this winter and their live in aide called a separate company who kept coming in to replace parts but urged her to replace it as it will continue to break and there is no reason to keep putting band aids and money into it. When I became my loved ones guardian, due to her former guardian being hospitalized with severe complications from Covid-19, (eventually receiving double lung transplant) I learned she had an account with American Home Sheild. After calling AHS they contacted Integrity Mechanical. Right away I had trouble getting in touch with Dave due to his voice mail always being full. Eventually we spoke and I explained the situation and sent him the invoices and recommendations from the previous company. He looked at my loved one's furnace and said he would put in an order for them to replace it even though it is currently working, because of its history. He was polite, kind, and I felt like he had intentions to do what he said he would. Well... this started Feb. 10th. Today is Tuesday April 13th. Please see the pictures of text conversations of me asking Dave for the status of the order. If it was put in etc. I had to text because he rarely answered phone and voice mail was always full. Home shield called him again today (4/13) and he told them he wasn't putting in a request for a replacement because the furnace is currently working. It seems like Dave is spending time in Florida and I wish him the best there, but I wish he told me from the start that he wouldn't be putting in the request so that I could have resolved this in a better way.

He was very good and very informative on what I needed to do to keep it in good shape. He was very professional and very ethical.

I actually just needed a lot of work done at my home here in Chester County and got a few est until I met David, the owner of Integrity HVAC Services. I honestly have to say that I've never met a friendlier and more honest person in my life and highly recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC work done at the home or business.  David communicated with me every step of the way and at no time was I left wondering about the services being provided.  Excellent company!! <br />

The tune-up went well and I was overall happy.  There were no issues with scheduling.  It took them less than an hour to do the work and I would use them again.

Our 20 year central air unit stopped working.  Freon had been replaced recently.  Dave, whom we had used <br /> <br /> before, came out the next day and diagnosed that it had run it's last <br /> <br /> race.  He was able to get a good end of season price on a new unit.  He <br /> <br /> was prompt and efficient, and followed up the next day to be sure the <br /> <br /> new unit was working properly. Excellent service.

Dave and his crew did a very nice job! I had been having trouble with my air conditioning system and decided to replace it because Dave showed me how I could save so much on my utility bills. They showed up on time and completed the job in a very clean and professional manner and showed me how my new system works. I couldn't be happier and the pricing was very affordable. Would definitely use them again. <br />

I 1st used Integrity (David) for an emergency a few years ago on the fan. Its an oil furnace.   He came quickly and fixed the issue. Since then, I've used him for annual Heater and Central Air service.  Last month my heater would not work. I called in the morning, and he came the same day! It needed a part- control module.  He gave me several options.  He could have advised me that the heater was totally gone/broken & I would have installed a new furnace.  Instead, he gave options for a new part & tune up!  As usu al,they showed up when he said he would, he explained the whole process and accurately communicated when he would return with the part.  I totally recommend him for his professionalism, problem solving, and showing up when he says he will. <br />
