Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with John Cusano Air Conditioning. From the initial phone call to the final installation, every step was handled with professionalism, honesty, and top-tier customer service. Installation was flawless — the team (Jose, Mike, and Gio) was knowledgeable, efficient, and treated my home with respect. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and ensured everything was clean and fully functional before they left. When it comes to pricing, John was upfront and transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and I genuinely felt I got excellent value for high-quality equipment and expert installation. The service was second to none. John and his team were friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything was working perfectly. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They never showed up on time or when they said they would. During the job, the workers left items out and in areas that blocked entryways and walkways, which was especially difficult for me as I was pregnant at the time. They also sat on my couch with their feet up on my table, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. Can you imagine walking in and seeing this? Additionally, they broke tile that was part of an old window that’s no longer manufactured, and now it can’t be replaced. The worst part came after the job was supposedly completed: we experienced flooding from the roof that damaged our new floors, freshly renovated nursery, walls, paint, electrical, and door frame—making it impossible to close the door. We contacted the company immediately, and they responded quickly at first. However, after they left, the flooding recurred. We didn’t want the same workers to fix the damage and requested the original contractors to do the repairs, but John was uncooperative and refused to accommodate us or adjust the price. Eventually, we agreed to pay half to settle the matter, but after the repairs were completed and we sent the remaining payment, he has completely ignored us. My husband has called daily, but John refuses to answer or take responsibility. This has been a nightmare of an experience, and I do not recommend this company based on their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and poor customer service.

This service is incredible! Called on a Sunday, here within 3 hours. Byron was accurate, professional, kind and knowledgeable. We were back in business with working A/C within an hour! Thank you.

Andy and Cusano Air are incredible. Really grateful for their service, knowledge and expertise that they provide. We had an issue with our air conditioning system not producing cold air and it had a major technical malfunction. They came to the reduce and solved everything. Forever grateful and highly recommend. They did the most efficient level of work with regards to air duct cleaning. they explained the process, walk-through all the details, have provided amazing customer service, and delivered very efficiently. we mow have better, cleaner air in preparation for the summer. I've dealt with a number of companies in the Keys, these guys aren't on "Keys Time". I find Cusano Air Conditioning to be on time, professional and thorough. I’ve been using Cusano air for over 10 years and multiple houses. They did all my ac work in Cooper City as well as my place in Boca Raton. I wish every business was as reliable and as quality as Cusano air. Every technician that’s ever been sent over has been professional, courteous and more importantly very well trained. Today was no exception. They came over diagnosed my issue and replaced the parts necessary, in a little over an hour.

The Cusano crew were on time and professional. Pricing was in line with the originall estimate with no hidden fees. Highly recommend.
