The materials were higher-end (more substantial) than the big box stuff. All the visible work was done with detail. One small issue was resolved with a brief return trip. It was a pleasure dealing with the professional office staff who maintained regular updates. They may not be the low bid, but I won't hesitate to recommend them for a well-done and hassle-free duct replacement; you get what you pay for.
