3D Mechanical LLC performed a load calculation required for the city to permit the installation of whole house mini split system. He brought in the latest technology and was able to provide a very detailed and easy to understand report. The drawings and analysis were spectacular, very impressed with the program and the presentation. Matthew went above and beyond for me - not only did he provide the analysis, but he also contacted the company I was working with on my behalf. It was a pleasure working with Matthew!

Rick and Mike (everyone forgets Mike :) Did a great job and even followed up a week or so later to make sure the install was working correctly. I want to keep these guys a secret so if I need anything in the future they are available. Honest and trustworthy with mad skills. You can't go wrong with R&M.

I am by nature a bargain hunter, but I also know business. I look for a low price but I also am a skeptic on low bids, When I met Rick he seamed too honest to be true, but R&M Mech. turned out to be my best choice. I am a pain in the **** and Rick and Mike tolerated me and really go beyond what a person could expect. Sad what we expect is to get ripped off and have a lawyer on retainer. I hope everyone chooses R&M Mechanical and I also hope you have as good of experience with R&M as I did. Now a year later, I call back R&M to up fit my house Oil FHW heating system. I wanted to go gas (Propane only avail in Derry) to replace my ageing trianco burner that lived about 5 years longer than it should have. I am my usual pain in the kiester self and do my research on the boiler I want....2nd day of install atm I will follow up, but so far all is good.

I started my search for contractors on Angie's list and had a few estimates. Why I selected R&M is as follows: First contact was with Rick by phone, he answered a few questions that I had but most importantly he preferred to use the Mitsubishi system which is what I wanted. We set an appointment for 5/11 at 4PM he was running ahead of schedule and contacted me to see if it was ok. We met he listened to what I wanted to accomplish he took measurements (none of the others did) and told me he would send me an email later tonight for a quote on the machine that would be the best size for our home. That evening I got the quote for the 24k unit. ( This was the only quote for the 24K unit I got some for the 18K and the 12K) I know the 12k would not have been big enough and wan't too sure about the 18K. The best part was their price was over $1,000 less than the other quotes. We set an appointment the next day for 5PM and he was there on time. We signed the contract gave him a deposit and surprisingly he gave me an install date of 5/24 at 7:30AM. To be honest I never thought that it would actually happen on that day. But sure enough on 5/24 at 7:20 AM they were in my driveway. It was a drizzly rotten day but you would never know it by the way they went about their work. At about 2PM their truck was pulling out of the driveway the job completely done the job site totally cleaned up. Rick and Mike did EVERYTHING they said they were going to do exactly when they said they were going to do it. The mitsubishi ductless split is great it cools the house down in no tme at all. I highly recommend them both.

He stayed at my house for a couple of hours because it was a bit more complicated. The pipes from the boiler had a blockage because of the cold. Rick explained everything in a very coherent way. He told us what to look for as the evening wore on, and recommended we keep the heat off until the blockage resolved to make sure if there was a burst pipe we didn't end up with a flood in the basement. We put a heater in the basement and by the morning the pipe was unblocked. He told us if we had any problems, we should give him a call. He cleaned his work area completely and I would definitely employ him in the future. <br />

<p>Rick & Mike are nothing short of exceptional! </p> <p>They installed a new furnace & whole house humidifier, cleaned up sloppy plumbing, wiring and duck work on the old furnace and installed new brackets on piping and sealed everything up so that it is air tight and efficient.</p> <p>They vacuumed and cleaned the furnace room, removed all debris and returned everything to it's original location. They take the time and care to ensure the leave it better than they found it. </p> <p>And they saved us $$$, between $3-5K for the cost of a new furnace. Now we have a new energy efficient HVAC system that will save me 10-20% a month on my utility bill and provide heat and A/C for years! </p> <p>These two are professional in every sense of the word, they listen to the customer's needs, look out for the customer's best interest and provide phenomenal service. I HIGHLY recommend R&M Mechanical to anyone that needs HVAC work in the Londonderry/Southern NH area.<br /> <br /> </p> <br />

A/C Wasn't working. We called a couple of providers who never responded, then called Rick. Rick came out the next day, examined the whole system, and had us back up and running in an hour for ~$150. We mentioned a couple of other problems we were having such as sweating on the main duct, and arranged to have him come back. They came and went above and beyond, including cleaning out the drain pipe, installing a safety switch, mounting our thermostat on the wall (it was hanging off). All told the second visit came to about $250 including parts. <br /> We have already recommended Rick to friends. <br />

It went very well. They came when they said they would. They were responsive, responsible, punctual and professional. We were very pleased with their workmanship and attitude throughout the project. They were neat, organized and friendly. They kept us informed of their progress as they went along. It was a pleasure to do business with them. We had another rather simple home project done that was rife with glitches and human error. In contrast, R&M Mechanical Services was a real breath of fresh air. We would gladly and unhesitatingly recommend them for all of the aforementioned reasons.

3D Mechanical, was great!! Was super professional, response was quick. We had no hot water and within two hours our hot water was restore. I will highly recommend this company to any one!

Service was fast and efficient, Damien the lead guy walked me through every step of the process and gave a detailed breakdown of what to expect. All in all the repairs took 2 days because of a missing piece, which Damien was able to pinpoint and bring upon his return. Customer service was great, work was fast and efficient, Ià ¢à  à  d definitely recommend 3D mechanical for someone who need some work done and has a budget. the price of their labor is very affordable.
