came out on time, completed job in the time frames stipulated, answered all of my questions and provided excellent customer service deomostrating the products before they left

I had them work on one unit last august 2022. Great work. Replaced fan motor, capacitor check everything for leaks, etc. Spent more than two hours on job. Cost was $572. Today the came over, spent less than 45 minutes, cleaned part of the air handler and replaced a capacitor at the compressor. The cost was $590 just for that!!!!! They do good work, but their fees are getting higher. I've changed my capacitors before. I will stock up on them to save myself $550 in the future.

Rocco and all the staff at ProTech were fantastic and went out of their way to help turn around the repair order. Very professional group of folks and solid character even suggesting ways to potential save me money filing a warranty claim with another company that wouldn't benefit them. In the end i went with them versus saving a few dollars. was well worth it!

Found and fixed the problem in no time

I witnessed Pro Tech doing HVAC work in an office where I was employed, and I was impressed with how reliable and efficient they were. I now run my own business and contacted them for heat pump work. The promptly returned my call and got me scheduled in quickly. I was impressed with how responsive, reliable, and helpful they were and also worked with me to keep the costs to a minimum.
