Had a steam humidifier installed to our HVAC system. Very informative when I called. Quoted price and no add ons after installed. Crew was on time, professional, polite and friendly. Went over everything before they left. System is running great and can definitely feel a difference in our home. Will definitely all Pierce again

I had a new HVAC system installed by Pierce Total Comfort in January. The entire process was personable and professional — from the initial consultation with Gary through the completed installation by Dan, Sean, and Dalton. Gary and his team came highly recommended and they certainly lived up to that reputation. It was a pleasure to work with them start to finish.

Our heater in our house was not working, nor was our fireplace. I called Pierce. Gary was out the next day. He was able to fix the fireplace. He even called the next day to check on us and to make sure we had some heat in the house. We had two other fireplace repair companies out and neither were able to fix our gas fireplace. Thanks to Pierce we were able to get some heat until the part for our heater was fixed. They were great!!! We would have had to pay over 10k for a new gas fireplace but thankfully Pierce fixed it.

Excellent installation! Gary and his team installed a new HVAC system in our home. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and extremely neat when working. Could set my clock by them as they showed up exactly when they said they would. Gary walked us through the whole process step by step. Every question we had was answered immediately. I would recommend/use them again.

Over the past year and a half, Pierce has installed a gas fireplace and two HVAC units for us. When we have had problems or error codes, they are very responsive and usually come to diagnose the problem that day. All problems have been resolved quickly, and the technicians are pleasant and nice to work with.

Called Gary on Friday (2/6) to discuss the possibility of having a humidifier installed. They came on Monday morning (2/9) to install the humidifier, his guys are exceptional, they cleaned everything up, explained the whole system and showed me how to use thermostat before they left my house. And if that wasn't enough, Gary called me on Wednesday morning to make sure I was happy and if I had any questions, I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Gary Pierce has been servicing our fireplace and HVAC equipment for 25 years. I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate his honesty, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. I had the most wonderful experience with these guys. They came out on time, were polite, knowledgable, fun, had the part they needed to fix my fireplace right on their truck, cleaned out the fireplace, replaced the pilot light/embers, and cleaned the glass. It looks better than the day I bought it. HIGHLY recommend this company for any fireplace repair or maintenance!!

Awesome experience in every aspect. Upon my return from vacation I found my air conditioner was not cooling my house, just blowing room temperature air. I called on a Friday morning, and was pleasantly surprised they had a technician out 3 hours later. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had the unit up and running in no time. He thoroughly explained what was wrong, why the problem happened and made a few suggestions to help prevent it from happening again. His work also came with a two year warranty which is nice. They replaced the water heater quickly—everything was done in just a few hours—and the price was very reasonable. I’m very impressed with their service!

I wanted to proactively replace both my 20-year-old gas furnace and my 17-year-old water heater because they both had exceeded their life expectancies and I wanted to avoid having to replace them at an inconvenient time or in an emergency situation. Based on prior experience and online research, I knew that I wanted to replace them with a Carrier gas furnace and a Bradford White water heater. I solicited proposals from 4 highly rated, well-reviewed companies and decided to go with Pierce Total Comfort because Gary Pierce himself came out to generate the estimate, and because Gary offered me the best over-all deal in terms of product, features, warranty, and pricing. Gary's crew, comprising Dan, Tim, and Dayton, arrived in 2 trucks early on the appointed day and spent the entire day removing the old and installing the new. They were very polite, professional, and worked very carefully and diligently to get the jobs done. Problems were encountered, but the crew was able to overcome the problems successfully. Pierce Total Comfort installed my HVAC system in 2021 and has been taking care of it since. I have always been very pleased with their services and honesty. Recently my hot water heater leaked. I reached out to them. Since it would take a couple days before the new hot water would be available, the water going into the tank needed to be shut off. But the PVC shutoff was frozen in place. I reached out for assistance. Pierce sent one of their technicians to stop by to help me without charge. When the technician saw the leak and didn't believe it was going to cause a big problem leaving the water on. He suggested not to shut it off so that I could have hot water while waiting for the new tank. But to be sure, he loosened up the PVC knub for me in case I needed it later. As expected, I didn't have to shut the water off. Then as planned, they put in the new tank. They paid close attention in protecting my floor and the walls while moving the tanks in and out. They also cleaned the place very well and put everything back into place after the installation. They are the best! I am so thankful to have such a trust worthy service company that I can call on. I feel pretty lucky to have gotten the referral of them from a neighbor a few year ago.

My entire experience with Pierce was 100% professional with quality work. Our heat pump/AC was about 20 years old and needed replaced as it was starting to fail. We also had a water heater that was about to rust out. Pierce gave us a great deal on an amazingly efficient setup for both. They were able to guide us through the process needed for rebates, energy efficiency home audit, and loan application. Everything went very smooth frome sales process through installation. The installers were professional, clean, and hard working. Would highly recommend!

Had a leaky gas valve. They were able to come after hours on a Friday. They ordered the part and was able to install it in a timely manner. They worked with me to get a good appointment. Tim is great!

Recently we had a fireplace insert replaced. The installation crew was on time and professional. They used drop clothes and cleaned up after the installation was completed. Our new fireplace insert is fabulous. We highly recommend Pierce to our friends and will continue to use their services.

Pierce Total Comfort provides top notch service. My appointment was scheduled and Gary and Michael came to service our Air Conditioner that was not keeping our house cool. During this end of summer heat they responded promptly fixing my A/C and providing a detailed analysis of the issue. I appreciated their courteous manner while they were here. I have dogs so rather than taking a short cut through my house, they walked around the house outside to not disturb us inside. I will continue to use Pierce Total Comfort and highly recommend them.
