Called Evans HVAC on a Sunday evening after another tech bailed on us in the middle of this heat wave. Trevor answered immediately and came by the next morning. If you want someone honest that’s not going to try to rip you off, he’s the guy. He explains things in a way that a layperson can understand, making potentially costly decisions easier. Save the headache (and $$$) - call Trevor first.

Trevor came up on a Saturday to look at my Heating system as I had no heat or hot water. I had previously had a different company come up to check my furnace because it wasn't staying on. All they did was charge me $100 to look at it and didn't make any repairs. They told me I need a new furnace for $14 to $20,000... and just looked, didn't fix anything left me with no heat! Trevor came up review the system and had it up and running within an hour. He also told me that I don't need a new furnace and explained to me, in great detail, what does need to be done. Is it expensive.. yes- but I think it is fairly priced. I would definitely recommend him and he is going to be from now on my regular guy for any repairs on my heating or air conditioning system. Trevor is great! I had another company fall through, and I called him up. He came and walked me through everything, did a full cleaning and tune up, all on the next day. He will continue to be my new go-to guy.

The short answer is Evans Heating & Cooling was amazing fixed my issue fast and worked with me on the price 5 stars highly recommend. The long story my furnace stoped working I called Evans Heating & Cooling and Trevor came out that day was able to identify the issue and was able to walk me through the issue. He didn’t have the part we needed on him but he was able to get me up and running that day and was over the next day to install the new part. After we got the main issue solved I had Trevor come back to do some work on my system that really need to be done. He was easy to work with on schedule and when my furnace was going to be down for a day and a half he left me an electric heater just in case it got to cold in my house. 5 stars highly recommend.

I called Evans Heating & Cooling to replace my hot water heater. Trevor made a timely appointment. We discussed the work he was to perform and the price. The price was reasonable. Trevor completed the job in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with his work. All materials were removed. I recently had a furnace issue. Trevor again responded quickly and resolved my issue in a timely fashion. Trevor takes pride in his work and always wants a happy customer. I will use Trevor again as needed.

If you want the best Trevor Evans is the best. It is rare to find a true professional with a heart. He was called in the middle of the night after a long day of work and he didn't hesitate to respond quickly. When he showed up instead of complaining and making us feel bad he was all smiles and filled our cold home with heat and laughter. Words van not express my gratitude for his helpfulness and kindness. Our central air stopped working today, we have animals and had to go to work. Evans was the only company that responded immediately and offered to be here today! Polite, knowledgeable, diagnosed right away and fixed the problem. They called later in the day to check on things. We will continue to use them for future things and refer them to anyone looking! Being a new home owner with propane heat I was unaware and unprepared for the needs of my heating system. Trevor was patient and explained the needs and process of cleaning and helping my system to work efficiently. Before he started there was a smell of cigarettes when the system kicked in and the baseboards rumbled as well as different hot spots in the house. After, the system operates smoothly, no smells and heat is uniform. I am very happy with his price, knowledge, patience and responsiveness to my needs. I will gladly use his services in the future as well as tell my friends!

On the coldest day of the year, literally, our boiler stopped working! We called the company that usually services our boiler and we’re basically told we had to wait our turn and gave us an appointment for the next day! So we called Evans heating and air-conditioning, they responded immediately, Trevor, answer the phone listen to what was going on and said I will be there in 30 minutes! He showed up like he said came in our home and said I’m not leaving until we get the heat back up and running! He worked tirelessly to restore our heat! He truly loves what he does, is very knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. We are so thankful for him and so thankful that he was able to keep our home safe during the coldest day of the year! We highly recommend him and his company all of your needs

Trevor answered my voicemail within 15 minutes. He was able to come to our house in less than 30 minutes in between other calls. The house had no heat for at least 12 hours. Trevor stayed and made sure we were up and running with heat before he left. Two parts were replaced. He is very professional and friendly. My family with 3 children now have heat and hot water. I would recommend his service. There is nothing worse than no heat in the dead of winter on a Sunday. Thank you Trevor!!!

First hot day of the year and my AC wasn't working. Called around and no one had availability for at least a week. Found Evans Heating & Cooling and talked to Trevor. He moved around his schedule and was at my house in less than an hour. Fixed my AC (mice had chewed through wires and blown a circuit) and now my house is nice and cool! I'll definitely continue to use Evans for my AC maintenance.

I called Evans on the coldest day of the year with a broken furnace. He showed up in less than 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the parts shop was closed on Sunday and then the part came without some essential parts on Monday. Throughout the whole process, Trevor was communicative and even offered to drop off an oil-filled radiator. He was always on time and the problem was fixed on Tuesday. I think the blower part had been deteriorating for years. Our furnace has never worked better!

Trevor bailed me out when my gas furnace went out on my 2 family house right before Christmas. He came out late on a Sunday and even lent me space heaters for my tenants to use until he got the heat back up and running. Great communication and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service!!

On the coldest Saturday of the year so far, Trevor came out, quickly diagnosed the problem with my gas furnace, explained the problem in terms I could understand, and got me warm again. I will be calling on him again.

I travelled across the country from AZ to CT to assist a relative with an issue with their boiler. It had been previously worked on by a local company (Goodhill) that had done an incomplete job and whom had been incapable of resolving an issue. As is the case with many companies today, as opposed to troubleshoot and fix an issue, they would prefer to sell you a new furnace. Trevor worked closely with the manufacturer tech support to root cause the issue and dial in a fix. What one company was incapable or unwilling to address, Tevor was able to resolve. Thanks for the customer orientation and taking the time to figure out the issue and quickly resolve it. I've always been a fan of going with the independent, sole proprietor when possible over the larger company.....again it proved to be the right choice.
