What a pleasure it was to work with Jerry Petrini from Pack-Timco and his crew. The installation of my HVAC unit went flawlessly and I'm enjoying a nice warm family room as a blizzard approaches. Very nice people to work with too.

Jerry Petrini Is fantastic and put us into a system that was appropriate for the home even though a lot of other companies would have upsold me. He was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. He also gave me excellent advice on taking care of the system and I also signed up for annual maintenance. We went with a cooling system. I also asked about a new heating system and he told me mine was still in good shape even though he could have easily just sold me a new one. Jerry and Pack-Timco have the utmost integrity and I’m happy I went with them over other companies. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs and all other services. Thanks to Jerry for being so honest and responsive.

Jerry helped us spec a new furnace on the coldest day of the year when our system failed. It was installed by Kenny and Fadi of Bells, who were professional, efficient, and patient when I had questions about the system. The work was reasonably priced, on-time, and I would highly recommend working with them again. Pack Timco has installed, repaired, and maintained mutiple components of my HVAC system and I trust their work product. Highly recommend!

You cannot go wrong choosing Pack-Timco. I had a completely new HVAC system a couple of month ago. Jerry P. Is a friendly, respectful and knowledgeable sales person. He answered all my questions and he even remember I have a dog from a years prior visit! I chose a Lennox system which is a big investment for my budget. Pack-Timco offers financial services thru Service Finance Company, LLC. The application process was very simple and straightforward. I also want to praise the work of the young and knowledgeable installer crew. Very responsible and respectful young men. The installer's crew supervisor also came to check on them and soon after even Jerry was here to ensure all was going as expected. I am pleased with their service and enjoying my new system.

The service technician (Hector) that came out to help me with my HVAC heating repair was super knowledgeable, professional, and overall phenomenal to work with. I will be sure to request him in the future for any future service or maintenance!

Had a new HVAC system installed in August. From Sales to Installation the representatives did excellent work. Additionally had a service issue develop last week and they (Alex Deus - serviceman) responded immediately and corrected the problem.

Hector Rojas did a wonderful job this morning . We are in a three story townhouse which involves using a ladder to reach one of the zones in the attic. We hardly knew he was here working. 5 stars !

Hector Rojas is a truly excellent heating/cooling technician. His attention to detail led him to propose an adjustment that will make our heat pumps function more efficiently this year. Plus, he explained our system in such a clear way that now -- for the first time -- I understand how it works. Packtimco is truly excellent in every way. We had a very complex issue and they spent many hours figuring it out snd solving it. Hector Rojas and Nick Clark came immediately and spent the next 2 days making sure we were warm and happy after much worry on our part. The office answered our calls and remained patient throughout. We highly recommend these terrific and very capable people.

Hector Rojas did a great job with our annual maintenance! He was on time, courteous, explained what was going on with our heating system, and addressed the issues.

Bi-annual service done with contract. Hector was respectful of our home and communicated his work. he put in extra effort on cleaning the outside unit exterior, which was a bonus.

I was referred to Pack-Timko by a relative that had a great experience with them putting in a Mini-Split system. I was contacted by Jerry who handled all the front-end engineering work and did a very comprehensive review of my home and needs. Jerry was extremely responsive with any questions or requests and put together a really good plan for us. Once that engineering work was completed, we had the work started within a few weeks for a 6 head Mitsubishi Mini-Split system. Moses and Tyrese were here for the whole week and really did a great job. Very neat work, always using tarps throughout the house and took great pride in the installation. Multiple other workers were here during the week with Mina finishing up the control work at the end. Overall, we are very happy with our decision and would wholeheartedly suggest the Pack-Timko team to any friends or family. Dave W

Pack-Timco was referred to me by a friend who swears by them. He was 100% right. Everyone I have interacted with has been honest and straightforward and easy to work with. The technical folks who come onsite have done great work and minimized any inconvenience for us. The one time we did have a unit fail under warranty, the team made sure everything was fixed at no cost to me. I am so glad I found this company.
