I had a major situation of not having water being supply to my property due to a broke on my water supply line. I received out to the company and informed of my situation and need of water restoration. Mr.Amlicar jump in and facilitate the work with the department of building, inspecting and provide contact for utility company. My water disruption only took two days thanks to Diamond Plumbing & Heating. Diamond recently completed a very complicated septic system for my lakeside home. Their work was comprehensive and outstanding! Hired to replace hot water heater and repair some plumbing. Actual work done was fine. The plumber was often late. Sometimes showed up for an hour or two and then left. Worst part is that although the contract we both signed said they would take away the old hot water heater, they wouldn’t. I made the mistake of paying after the work was done but before old hot water heater was taken away. Called several times but was blown off. Dishonest. I would never recommend them.

Recently my well pump went out and I had no water for a day amd a half. Diamond plumbing set me up with a technician to come replace the pump at 1:30 in the afternoon. After being strung along from 1:30 to 4:30 PM with the constant promise they would make it to my property today they finally cancelled. I am mow without water for longer. Not sure if the company refers out their plumbing work or not but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fantastic! He was prompt at responding to my initial inquiry, made time to fit my service call into his already busy schedule and when he arrived he knew exactly what to do to get my heat back on! So personable and knowledgeable…highly recommend!

Took forever to get around to our heating issue. Call to see when they'll arrive and you get the runaround for 2 days EDIT- Landlord did his best to address the problem before calling. Maybe consider that before calling him unlicensed and opting to call your business instead. He opted to use your services, maybe treat him with a little more respect or he might not use your company again. I wouldn't blame him.

So many things went wrong. Bought a dishwasher from Doyons & paid for the install. Diamond showed up, 2 hours late, but that is fine. We just had our hardwood stairs done, told him this & offered to help carry the dishwasher up 6 stairs, he said he was fine with his hand truck. Scratched 4 of the 6 stairs. Even that would be fine bc Doyons stands behind their work. BUT Jeff decided to tell us that it was not his problem, he had "bigger fish to fry" and to call Doyans and not to pay for the install. Well, he was right, we did not pay for the install & Doyans is sending someone to fix the stairs & the owner is planning to talk to him about NO LONGER doing any work for them. He did not seem to care about the work being done.

Such fast and reliable service. He has been helping my family for years and always responds and helps us out! HIGHLY recommend!

Horrible customer service. Promises to cone out then calls and says he was up late and is cancelling my 3pm appointment. Called at 9am. 6 hrs befire my appointment. Took the day off for new water heater, no apology. USE ASI. excellent service. On time and very neat.

Never showed up. Never responded after followups. Don't bother wasting your time with this company. They don't even have the decency to tell you they won't do the work. They just promise to, and then never do. All of the positive reviews are sparse on details and are probably paid reviews.

Poor communication. Did not provide quote as they stated they would. A delay would have been okay if they simply communicated. Poor customer service.
