Chris replaced all of our outdated air ducts with new, energy efficient ducting. He was very professional, polite ,knowledgeable and his pricing was very fair. I couldn't recommend him enough and look forward to working with him on my next project.

Chris installed duct work for a new heating and cooling system in our two story home. I am very pleased with the work he did and the manner in which he completed it. He took the time and effort to plan and map out each vent, working with me to ensure that I was okay with the location before holes were cut. CMC Sheet Metal was outstanding from start to finish on both jobs we hired them for. Chris did all of the ductwork for our new construction home. He was very professional from plan to execution and the heating/cooling in our home is perfectly distributed. Chris also installed a hood vent for us, that went through a wall into our garage and out the side of the house. He designed and built custom pieces to fit exactly what we needed for the hood to function properly. He also made sure that the ductwork we see in the garage blends in, and is not an eyesore. His work is clean, and precise. Highly recommend to any friend who needs sheet metal work.

We recently hired Chris to address some problems we had with our HVAC system. He was great! He was very responsive and came right over to access our problems. He wrote up a very detailed estimate of what he would do to fix the situation. Then he came and did a fabulous job on-site. There was no mess. The quality of his work was impeccable! I thought that his quote was very reasonable. I wish we had more problems so that we could have him come again! I would highly recommend him.

We moved into a new house recently and hired Chris for two projects. The first was to reroute an air return that was inefficiently located in the back of a bedroom closet. Chris installed new ductwork to move the return into the adjoining bedroom, and was able to custom-fit it into the corner of the closet so the majority of the space could remain available to use for storage. The second was an issue with our oil furnace: on the exterior of the house, the exhaust from the furnace and the air intake were located too close together, so the intake was pulling in some of the exhaust and circulating it back through the system. This caused a noticeable oil smell inside the house whenever the furnace was running (and presumably wasn’t good to be breathing in either!). Chris was able to relocate the air intake much further away from the exhaust, and we noticed an immediate improvement! In both cases, Chris’ work was very professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely hire him again for any future HVAC needs!

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He did exactly what we agreed upon and more. His quality and attention to the custom nature of each project was spot on. This was our first project with Chris and it will not be our last. Being in the construction industry it is always a relief to find someone who takes great pride in their work, CMC Sheet Metal delivers just that.

I had my 20 year old home updated with central air, and it was not an easy job. Chris handled the situation professionally. He explained how he did things and what we had to do to be prepared for his installation, I never was left guessing what was happening. He was clean, prepared, and honest, and I would highly recommend him - and I LOVE my new system!

Chris has redone two duck units that were obsolete and did a fantastic job. Reliable , on time, and cleaned after himself. He is coming back for another unit replacement soon!!!!

Good prompt service and friendly workers! Only complaint was that I had requested to get filled out rebate forms from them in order to get about $325 from Spencer Utilities and Black Hills Gas. I had to go to their office here in Spencer to get them to do this. Liked that they gave a 2% discount for paying all in cash or check within the first month.

They were very professional! They arrived on time and were very courteous. They listened to what my needs were and did what was needed in the most efficient way possible. They did this by running line from the hvac system in my basement up through two floors. Part of the job including cutting a hole in the dry-wall of my son's room to put in a register so that the air could flow into the room. When the job was completed, it looked wonderful cosmetically, operated perfectly, and they cleaned up after themselves before they left, including vacuuming up the dry-wall dust on the carpet! I will definitely use them again when needed! <br />

I called Christian Sheet Metal after other local service providers didn't return my call. They were prompt, courteous and helpful. They fixed the problem in a short time and the bill was very reasonable. I have used them several times since. I definitely recommend Christian Sheet Metal! <br />

we continue to receive the best service from csm. it will be over ten years that i have had them do my plumbing and hvac work. <br /> i would recommend them highly.

Met one of their installers at local VA clinic and decided to make them one of 3 local vender to asked for a quote on the new ac central air unit. Very friendly rep came to home and looked over what I wanted to do. Mailed quote for project a few days later. I chose them over 2 lakes area contractors because of difference in price and recommendations of what connecting piping needed to be done to make ac unit work at best level. The other 2 companies didn't have all same suggestions which probably would have been added on at installation with more money. <br /> I've had no problems with the ac unit since installation. Workmanship was great and the price was well underneath what 2 other Lakes area companies quoted, nearly 1000.00 if I remember right. Great company will call them again if needed.

When I went to the office to complain they had no record of replacing ANY thermostats. They did refund $150.
