Great company, competitive pricing and excellent customer service from Alana in their office to Dave who installed my Mom’s new Furnace and all associated plumbing. Clear communication, punctual, professional and got the job done, as promised and as scheduled. We have an issue with our hot water having some color to it… and Dave came out, first thing, on a Saturday, and purged out the water in the Hot Water Heater and it’s all better now! Couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the entire team! I would absolutely use this company again! ❤️

Excellent service, incredibly responsive - twice now, Chiarillo's has come to the rescue to replace aging water pipes or bad joins in our home. They are reasonably priced, easy to get in touch with, quick and clear in their recommendations and the work is high quality. Highly recommend!

Lost our heat overnight and called first thing this morning. They came right out and I had my heat back in a hour. The 2 gentlemen that came was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and while chatting they gave us advice how to prevent it happening again. They even gave my husky attention but then again who wouldn’t give a husky some loving. lol. I live in Newington Connecticut and they are from Bristol and did not hesitate to come this far for a simple job. They care about thier customers.

I contacted Chiarillo's in Bristol for a couple plumbing issues at my home in Southington. They scheduled an appointment within two days. The technician, Chris, a Veteran, came out and expertly addressed the three issues I was having (Toilet, tub and outdoor faucet). Very pleased with the service. I highly recommend Chiarillo's for your plumbing needs.

I had a new faucet put in my bathroom sink and all the piping that goes with it and also my guest bathroom. The plumber was very professional and he explained what he had done and I understood all this. I would give him an A+. I would not hesitate to call Chiarillos again. Thank you

Then, within a couple of days, I was called to set up the time-line for the work. Because the work to be done had to coincide with the DIY renovation I had already begun, Chiarillo's was understanding and extremely patient to wait for me to complete my part of the project. In summary, my experience with Chiarillo's was all positive, and I will definitely call them for my next project.

It's really hard these days to find trustworthy and reliable people/companies that provide a fair quote and actually fulfill their promises. I called Bill Chiarillo for a quote on a new boiler and hot water heater to replace a 40 year old dinosaur. The quote was fair and the new equipment was ordered and the work scheduled. Bill and his team removed the old HB Smith boiler and installed the new boiler and hot water heater per their contract. Bill had allotted two days to remove and install all so this equipment. Him and his team worked thru the day and completed all tasks in one day. Installation and successful testing completed, I am simply astonished with the quality of their work and their commitment to deliver premium products to their customers. Doing business with Chiarillos' Heat and Cooling is a breath of fresh air. They are professional and honest and deliver what they promise. Their work far exceeded my expectations!

We have used Chiarillo's for many years for yearly furnace cleaning, however, several weeks ago our hot water heater cracked and needed replacing. We love Chiarillo’s!Having had them install a whole new heating system, the guys were quick, clean, professional and knowledgeable! Then we had them do a mini split in one of our bedrooms- much nicer than the original system we had done by a different company. Neater, looks much better outside. They also have done multiple repairs for us on a poorly installed system- I had an issue with my sink in my business- and they fixed it pronto!!The owner Bill is AWESOME- very knowledgeable, trustworthy- and has the best workers ever!!! I recently purchased a home with a boiler from the 80's that decided to stop working a month after purchase causing great flooding in my basement during the middle of winter (on snow days). Bill came immediately to the rescue. He provided great detailed information and recommendations. He and his team were incredibly professional and installed a much more efficient boiler at a reasonable market price on a time where other businesses were trying to take advantage of the vulnerable position I was in. I never delt with Chiarillo's before until almost 3 years ago. Needed a new furnace, got estimates and choose them. I wanted to deal with a local company and they just made me feel comfortable. Very pleased and would recommend them.

Horrible experience... Called to have service on a business unit that lost heat. Service men arrived promptly - but after 3hrs they not only could not fix the problem, but one of them became confrontational that the situation was "my" problem because I didn't know the system better on a building I lease - even resorting to obscenities. Called another company the following day and within 30min determined the problem was the thermostat which was replaced and fixed the issue - easiest service call imaginable. Chiarillo represent a bad a combination of incompetence and unprofessionalism - and should be avoided...
