Customer Sentiment Summary
Strengths
- Diagnosis and workmanship carry the reviews — 4 of 10 reviewers say the technician found the real fault and fixed it properly the first time.
- Quick to mobilise: 2 reviewers were fitted in fast and had the job wrapped the same visit.
Areas to Watch
- No complaint recurs across the 10 reviews analysed, which is consistent with the 4.9-star average — but a clean record is not the same as a long one.
