Absolutely excellent service! Shawn was quick to respond when we called that our furnace was out. He was on time & didn't leave us waiting, thoroughly explained everything, and quickly installed our new furnace. He even answered every question my 4y/o asked (and there were a lot of them!). Very friendly, professional, & honest. Also, he doesn't charge unreasonable fees like other places. Thanks Expert Air!

Shawn was able to come to my home the same day I called and give my furnace a full inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue I was having. He picked up the replacement part and installed it first thing the next morning so I could have heat as soon as possible. He even came back to my home hours later to check the system was running properly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Shawn truly is an expert!

Shawn has been doing a fantastic job servicing my HVAC system for years now. Last year he replaced my water heater after it failed. I gave him the latitude to choose the best water heater for my home, and he found the most cost-effective replacement while still lowering my gas bill. Also, he recently installed a total house humidifier in my parents’ home, and they couldn’t be more pleased with the added comfort during last winter’s dry months. Thanks Shawn!

I called Shawn after the first HVAC company that was recommended to me said that I was out of luck and needed to call someone else because they were “too busy.” Shawn immediately wanted to help and agreed to come out the same day at a time that was most convenient for my husband and I. He was very professional and took time to explain everything in great detail. Also very affordable and honest. Would highly recommend!

I had an issue with a damaged and improperly installed dryer vent. After doing some research, I called Expert Air HVAC and Shawn scheduled a time that worked with my schedule. I was blown away by the professionalism and high quality of work at the awesome price he gave me. Not only did he repair and fix the vent, but he even cleaned my dryer vent while he was as it. He also fixed other issues that he found that were unrelated to the vent. He also took it upon himself to reinstall my dryer unit and reconnect all the lines and found an issue that he fixed there as well. He was extremely thorough and explained everything he did in great detail. I will definitely be using him for services going forward.

Sean came out right away in the middle of winter and helped us out so much! Our furnace went out for good; he installed a new one and took out the old one! On top of that, Sean just replaced our old AC unit with a new one! He was quick and super friendly; I highly recommend Expert Air HVAC over anyone in the area. You are the man Sean! He's a local guy and gives you a fantastic price along with the genuine customer service of a professional with a local touch. 🙌

Shawn came out and repaired my central air unit. It needed a freon charge. He was very knowledgeable about his work and his products. He is someone you can trust to handle your situation.

Had a service tech at my rental two hours after I called. He was very professional, explained the situation, recharge the A/C unit with coolant and explained the whole process. I was so impressed I had him come out to my residence because of a lingeringing issue with the second story being 8 degrees warmer than the first and 10 degrees warmer than the basement. Shawn closed some ducts vents, cleared the area around others and now our home is the same temp on every floor! Fantastic service. Highly recommend!!!

Expert Air HVAC is who I personally use and refer to my clients (residential and commercial). Shawn (owner) is detail oriented and takes the time to review all options and specify what equipment you need for your issue. Everything is diagnosed, measured and reviewed as opposed to eyeballed/guesstimated - - the true difference when selecting an HVAC professional. He has experience in both new and old systems (I own a 100 year old house). Shawn is also experienced in other construction areas which has helped troubleshoot replacing old systems that were never built or designed for current HVAC codes and today's demands of customers related to their energy usage an investment in HVAC systems.

Shawn was very knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem in the air conditioner right away. He took his time to explain what was wrong and how to keep things running smoothly in the future. Definitely recommended. Reasonably priced.

Shawn is very thorough about explaining what is/was wrong with your furnace/ac unit. Definitely knows what he is doing! Reasonable fees and will definitely use them again!

Had a dead capacitor in my old air conditioning unit. I called at 9:20 on a Saturday and he was done fixing and cleaning it by 10:45. Very reasonable too.

Shawn got here around 6pm because ac would run for hours without shutting off and it never got cold in here. He fixed the problem and replaced the the thermostat. Guess what! It's cold in here!!! Good job!
