They offered me a free estimate and ended up being very affordable. The quality of work they performed on my remodel exceeded all of my expectations and they always left my house spotless after working all day. I highly recommend them and my boss now uses them at our office!

Enrique and his crew were professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. From our first meeting on, Enrique was always available to answer a question , or to troubleshoot and correct any issue that came up. Dynamic did our roof, including all new decking, gutters, downspouts, soffits and light tubes. I would confidently recommend Dynamic Solutions!

We live in Linwood No. After getting a few estimates we went with Dynamic Property Solutions because of Enrique Vargas. He took the time to go over every inch of our roof thoroughly, video tape it and take the time to explain just what our problems were. He didnâ t try to sell us on things we didnâ t need but did inform us of things we were aware of but hadnâ t considered. He sent us a detailed contract that protected both him and us and a timeline for the job (weather permitting). His crew was excellent and he had people on the ground cleaning at all times. This was an extensive job on a 120 year old home. We had 4 skylights replaced, all new plywood, 30 year shingles, gutters with the better gutter guards, down spouts and I could not be happier!!!ð The completed job exceeded my expectations!!! I would give Dynamic Property Solutions my highest approval rating on a scale of 1 to5 THEY ARE A 10!!!ð

Dynamic Property Solutions did come in as the highest bid for ridge cap repair (out of 3 bids), but they were well worth paying the extra dollars. From my first conversation with Enrique, to the conclusion of the repair, they were nothing but punctual, professional, and very communicative. They showed on schedule, and they texted or called me throughout the process. They completed the repair a day before the scheduled date. I was impressed that they got up on the roof the day of the estimate, took pictures, used a drone to show and explain the issue, encouraged and helped me to put a claim in with the shingle manufacturer, and they were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the repair. I was handed their company's license and insurance on the day of the estimate. I cannot say enough about this company and Enrique, and how comfortable they made me feel. I am sure that I will be using them for future projects. I highly recommend Dynamic Property Solutions. Thank you to Enrique and his team for their professionalism, knowledge, and ability to make one extremely comfortable during the stressful times of a leaking roof.

Whenever you start a big home project, like a new roof, most people will do their due diligence. If you are reading this review, you are doing it now. I did mine and Dynamic Property Solutions came up number one. I had a very positive experience with Dynamic Property Solutions. They took off both layers of my old roof and installed a beautiful Owens Corning Duration Roofing system. The color I picked was Shasta White and I am very pleased with the results. Dynamic Property Solutions did a great job. These hard working people were on time, experienced, very efficient, and when finished, cleaned up thoroughly. I will be using Dynamic Property Solutions again for my next project. Good luck with your project.

Enrique and Pedro are terrific! They were quick to respond, provided competitive pricing and very detail oriented. I did all my communications electronically as my property was in Ocean City, NJ and I reside in the Philly burbs. I did not actually meet them until the day of the job. They have a terrific hard-working crew who completed the job in one day. The Best part of their servicing was the drone videos and pics where they provided before and after shots along with zooming in on any problem areas. It was like I was standing on the roof without navigating the three-story ladder! Whew! I highly recommend Dynamic for your roofing needs!
