Steve was great! He came out on July 4th!! That right there says a lot to me, he had to pick up the part that we needed on the 5th due to the holiday and got our air back up and running right away!

HALO is amazing! I reached out on Angi’s for help with our A/C as it went out on a major holiday - no cool air on a blistering 4th of July is a grim prospect. I received several automated calls and messages from other companies but Steve called personally to try to help. He was able to come right away, professionally and courteously diagnose the problem, and went out of his way to help get us the part we needed to repair the issue immediately. He took time out of his holiday to help make ours more comfortable and did it all with kindness, honesty, and respect. I can’t thank him and HALO enough. We signed up for their maintenance plan so we’ll be all taken care of in the future. If you’re looking for a professional service with unmatched expertise and a heart, HALO is for you. Halo is a newer company with a team of guys who trained people for this job before starting Halo. Steve was my third person to quote for AC install. He was punctual, very kind, patient and most important, not pushy. He explained the process, gave my quote and asked if he should contact me or if he should wait for me to contact him. I asked him to wait for me, and he did. Again, not pushy. Got my AC install within 3 days of my quote. Steve and Caleb came in and installed. On time, clean and explained what they were doing and I let them do their thing. Would highly recommend this company!

Our furnace decided to stop working during a snow storm, we called damn near every service we could find, no one could get out to us for a few days - unless I wanted to pay an obnoxious fee. Just when we were getting ready to get a hotel, I found Halo. Not only were they able to come out quickly, but the gentleman was so kind, and respectful; Our 2 year old walked up to him and hugged his leg, and without skipping a beat, he put his hand down and naturally patted his back. He then checkes out our furnace to find that we needed to replace a fuse! SUPER EASY! We almost went days without heat and he (I wish I could remember his name) came out quickly and got our heat back on. All for a reasonable price! I will definitely be using Halo again.

I needed a new furnace so I got 3 bids for replacement. Halo was less expensive than the other 2 by quite a bit. I talked with the owner who was also doing the install. Heâ s a startup company and fully insured, fully certified, and fully licensed. I crossed my fingers and went with them as I prefer local contractors over big box companies. The install was timely and flawless and done on a Saturday! It looks like something youâ d see on a brochure. Zip tied wires, straight piping, and passed inspection by the city in one shot unlike my last furnace. Itâ s a 96% Lennox system with a whole house humidifier. System was installed in one day and ran until midnight the first night and died. I called the emergency number and the owner came out in like 40 minutes and changed a â pressure switchâ (factory issue, full warranty) in 15 minutes and itâ s been running perfectly since. Itâ s quiet, efficient, and I wonâ t be using anyone else in the future for any of my furnace needs. They will get my business again this summer when I get a new air conditioner.

I was in a bind, my furnace went out of course at the worst time (Is there really a good time?). Called 2 other companies, one could not get to me till near the end of the day and that was not guaranteed. The other company did not even call me back. I was thankful when I got an actual person at HALO and even better they could get to me a lot quicker then the first company. Jeff came out and was very patient with all my questions. He not only figured out the issue to my furnace quickly, he checked everything to make sure I would not have any more surprises. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable, over all it was an awesome experience! HALO, you got yourself a long term customer!
