Excellent company that actually cares about helping you. Mike at Bayley has integrity and deals honestly with clients. When our Boiler stopped working he came over after 5 and did what he could to restore heat. He didn't want to sell me a new one until it became obvious that the old one couldn't be fixed. Mike lent me space heaters from his shop to help keep us warm while waiting for a new boiler to arrive. They are always kind and professional with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Company does work without telling customers the cost. Called to have boiler blown out to remove vapor lock. They left with out telling use the cost. Also, took things apart that weren't broken and was going to charge me for the extra time it took them to put it back together. As I told Mike, they didn't have a blank check to charge me what ever they wanted. If you are doing contract work... good companies tell you the cost before they do the work. Also, charged me $150 for a pump (exact same) that can be bought at Home Depot for $85. (Nice markup). They get 2 stars and not 1 because after they didn't get it blown out correctly the first time, they did come back and fix it the next day.

My house has 2 heaters and are a pain in the butt! These guys come like 2-3 times a year! Not my home I rent, but they are always so helpful & fast on getting here! I highly recommend! These guys are amazing!

We had a compressor go out on our air conditioner. There were 3 different companies that tried to service it. Each of these companies made our problem worse. All of them said we needed a new unit. Bayley mechanical came out to service our air conditioner. They came several times afterwards to make sure that everything was working appropriately . We appreciate their business, attention to detail and customer service very much.

Nice service man but knew nothing about my furnace. I even gave him the new parts. Next non Bailey man came out took one look at it and diagnosed and repaired the problem in 10 minutes -$150 Total, runs perfectly. All Bailey wanted was to sell us a new furnace for $1500.

These guys are freaking awesome and life savers! TLDR at the bottom. The capacitor went out on my ac. A super cheap part. Called 6 or 7 repair places and all of them wouldn't have the part in for at least a week, and the earliest appointment I could make was 2 weeks out...in August. None of them would just sell me the part either. I HAD to have them install it for $125 minimum. But Bayley Mechanical not only had the part, they sold me just the part for less than $30. AWESOME! I even did a little "woot woot" dance in the store. I love this place and they will have my business for years to come. TLDR: Had what I needed, when I needed it, and at 1/5 the price of everyone else in Sterling. Oh, and I danced in the store.

Our boiler was acting up so the heat wouldn't shut off. I called them in the morning and they came out that same morning. They fit us in and got us taken care of! We would definitely use them again.

Knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. Told upfront the problem and price to repair or replace. They have repaired duct work and furnace and replaced the ac unit. Won't call anyone else!

I set up to have a quote for installation of air conditioning system...5 months ago. When I called, I was sent to a loop of voicemails. When I selected the appropriate voice mail, it said NOT to leave a message, but to call another extension, and hangs up. When I called back, there was a semi-rude lady on the phone, who told me they would call back. NO WAY. I WILL FREEZE OR BURN UP BEFORE CALLING THESE LAZY SLOBS (guy left a mess when he initially looked at the work).

Excellent service. Furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. They came and fixed the problem with great efficiency. Technician was Awesome!
