Maddison Mechanical has helped us out with numerous plumbing issues over the years. They are the simply the best! Their techs are always knowledgeable and friendly and do quality work. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Today a "project manager" named Tom, came with his team to install a hot water heater in my building. They needed to tow vehicles to put their work trucks in the lot. The problem is we weren't given any notice by our management that this was happening. When a few of the neighbors came out voicing why we were upset he was literally shrugging and LAUGHING. When I explained that we had lost the keys to my husband's truck a we needed them to put the truck back after they moved it, and that break-ins were high in our area. I asked how he would feel if this happened to him, and he LAUGHED again and said "that's what you get for living in apartments" Don't use this company. Their workers aren't even human. *Edit reply to the owners response to my review* I never said this company tows. I said the project manager, Tom involved himself and was laughing at residents who were upset and told us it's what we get for living in apartments. After speaking with corporate of my apartments, as well as residents in my building, I ASSURE YOU that Tom didn't apologize to any of the residents or even try to make contact but rather refused to speak on the matter. Not only this but we recently had a crew work to restore our broiler and redo the whole room. The men were unprofessional and loudly spoke about their girlfriend problems and talked awfully about women. Yesterday one of the guys was here doing some work and was screaming profanities and calling someone a crackhead. I have kids that heard all of this I stand by my review that these people are very unprofessional in their demeanor. perhaps some sort of training needs to be done with the teams, or some new hires. Our building also went without water and heat far past the notice posted for several days. Maybe it's because we are apartments? Pretty upsetting.

Fantastic service. My work place and I kind of threw the techs into the fire (a food digestor at a University) Paul and Logan didn't hesitate to jump right in and work on it! They got it running!! We appreciate it. That's why I will always call Maddison!

We’ve had Maddison Mechanical help with multiple plumbing issues as well as replacing a water heater. I’ve been so impressed each time. The staff are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate the quick response time and the care they put into their work. Highly recommend.

A HUGE thank you to Paul and Zach. I live in an apartment and have been without hot water or heat for a few weeks now. After many failed attempts, some no shows, Paul and Zach from Maddison Mechanical SAVED THE DAY. They were very professional, explained everything to me from A-Z, were kind and respectful, and a pleasure to be around. I seriously cannot thank them and the company enough for going above and beyond… issues like these are often frustrating to deal with but my experience with them have been nothing short of amazing. Seriously, thank you. I wish I could thank them directly myself but I hope whoever comes across this company has the same amazing experience as I did. Greedy, greedy, greedy! I had a garbage disposal replaced yesterday. It was $550!! The charges were as follows - $85 trip fee. $175 for the disposal itself ($100 to buy in any store -1/2 hp) Credit card fee $10. Labor $281!!!. it took the technician one hour to install the disposal. When I asked about the other $200, I was told that was the time it took the driver to get to my house in central Denver. Gee, if the technician lived in Idaho Springs, it would’ve been a $700 disposal! Hidden fees, hidden fees, hidden fees. I would never use this company again or would I recommend them even though their service technician did fine work. I don’t blame him. I blame the corporate office.

We had a great experience. They were able to come out quickly even though it was not an emergency issue. We have an old home with some goofy plumbing, so the fix was not straight forward and we knew it wouldn't be. But, Josh was persistent and found a way to fix our issue that did not involve removing drywall like we feared. We're very grateful.

Called this company , due to a water service failure on a Friday night ! Outstanding service and knowledge based professionals made the repair, and were honest about how to reduce my costs, based on an after hours call. Highly recommend !

I contacted Matt blindly, from word of mouth. Matt and I connected immediately. I have lived in six states and have had to have service in each one. I am very skeptical as I've been taken advantage of many times. Matt turned out to be the most honest and knowledgeable I have ever dealt with. His work ethic spoke for itself and his product was flawless. Not only that, but he followed up, making sure I was satisfied, not only over the next couple of days, but over several months. I will not hire any other HVAC professional, other than Matt. I gave his contact information to my daughter, who had similar issues. She had been provided estimates from other companies and I told her to call Matt. Matt made a special trip, 60 miles out of his way and found the other companies had tried to scalp her. Matt investigated and found nearly all of the service previously quoted was not needed. It's hard to find qualified technicians, now-a-days. It's harder to find honest ones. Matt is both and one of the few "old-school" people left.

The owner was involved with all of the work we hired them to do. The installations of our two new systems were done very professionally and the their pricing is very reasonable without any high pressure sales. They have also performed service calls at our commercial building. I will continue use them for ALL our hvac work!!!
