I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review on Google. But the quality of service we received from HCE was worth leaving my first review. The level of professionalism we experienced was exceptional. The coordination between contractors, the clean installation, the great communication but most of all just a super high-quality product. It was everything you hope for when you hire a contractor.

HCE was awesome to work with! I have lived in the Durango area for 23 years now and have used many different HVAC companies. Micheal and his crew are the best in the area. They were very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. They got our system repaired and back up and running swiftly during a cold snap. I highly recommend them and won’t use anyone else but HCE!

We called Michael on Monday morning after we had no heat for the weekend. He asked pertinent questions, and for photos of our existing furnace. He worked up an estimate which we accepted; he ordered a new Trane furnace and it came in on Tuesday morning. He loaded up his van and was out here mid-morning and out of here mid-afternoon, the furnace completely configured for our space, installed, connected with a new thermostat, and cleaned up. He is SO professional! I highly recommend Michael Rossback and HCE.

I recently had my furnace go out and was told by another company that I’d have to replace the whole unit. I came across information for HCE and gave them a call for a second opinion. It turns out that a small part was faulty. They replaced the part quickly and got my furnace running again. I will be a forever customer due to their honesty and professionalism!
