For the amount of work that was performed, Element Plumbing charged a lot of money. <br />

Well, I would say.  Quick and clean. <br /> <br />

Professional install.  Techs were courteous and punctual.  Definitely recommend them! <br />

Tech arrived on time.  He put a lot of thought into how to solve the problem regarding the recirculating pump and how it was affecting the water flow in the master bath.  He relocated the 'loop' from the bathroom to the kitchen and solved a very irritating problem.  The hot water flowing into the bathroom now stays hot at an even rate - it fluctuated before, and was very frustrating. <br />

We called Element Plumbing after the old water heater had started leaking in the middle of night. They were able to accommodate us in the morning, provided with a good estimate and got the work done by afternoon. Very professional.

He is very reasonable in price. I have recommended him to a few people. He is a very nice and humble person. If he cannot do the work, he will recommend someone else.

I called and he was here with in 20 minutes. He took care of the problem immediately. He did great service. Very nice guy, very professional and very clean. He even gave my son free advise over the phone.

My outside hose bib broke and I could not shut of the water. I called early this morning and Rob was here to rescue my within a couple of hours. Element Plumbing and Rob are the BEST.

Mark did an excellent job. The dimensions on the first product stated that it would fit under the shelf that runs over the toilet, but it did not allow for the lid to fit (which it was supposed to). Mark came back the next morning with a different toilet that would fit, although it was more expensive. Even so he gave me the price that was quoted up front. My KUDOS for that. I would use them again.

This is one plumbing service I will definitely re-hire again. Extremely professional, on time and clearly communicated and provided information regarding our issue. They are VERY competitive from a cost standpoint as well vs. other plumbers I have used in the Gilbert / Chandler area.

This was a smaller job but Marc was willing to give it the time needed to get it done right.

Prices are lower than other companies because of their low overhead. Gray service. Will hire them again.
