Beware!! They quoted me one price but once they got there and I called their office the lady said it would be more. Then after multiple calls while they kept changing their story they refused to give me my full deposit back until they received a refund for the permit. I will absolutely never use this company. It was the biggest headache ever.

The serviceman arrived early following a phone call to ensure he could arrive early; professional and the work was performed in a timely manner. A major part was needed for increased efficiency. He informed us of the part & price. Friendly, competent service. Cleaned up after himself. Good job!

Awesome! It was done in several phases. Any speed bumps were more than compensated for with utmost professionalism. They took fantastic care of us. I would highly recommend them. Even while doing a lot of cooking and it's being 95 out it feels fantastic in here! They were very courteous and answered all of our questions.

PRICE GOUGING!!!! <br />The service tech confirmed that our capacitor had gone bad and pulled it to replace.  We had weather in the 90's over the weekend and it was supposed to hit 100.  He said they only had "universal" capacitors available for such jobs and it would cost $280 for the capacitor itself.  We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, as by the time he showed up, it was in the afternoon and the house was unbearably hot.  I have since looked up that universal capacitor and the price is $50-70 on Amazon (MARS 1220 Turbo 200).  Now I expect companies like this to double the price of an item, as they are providing a service to have the part on hand.  But over a 4x markup is extremely GREEDY in my book!!!  The tech even said "it's supply and demand".  In my book, that's just pain price gouging and taking advantage of the situation.  I would NEVER use this company again and advise anyone reading this to NEVER use them!!! <br />The bill came out as follows:  $280.00 for the capacitor, $109.00 for the service call, $80.00 for servicing the unit...for a total of $469.00.  Had I not had him service the unit, he would have been in and out of the house in 15-20 minutes.

They were very prompt, very professional, friendly, polite, careful of the carpeting (wore booties over their shoes), cleaned up after themselves (removed all old pipes and swept up when job was complete). Finished worked in timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone!
