Fixify provides a short scheduling window and doesn't make you wait all day! Ben from Fixify was very punctual and communicative regarding his arrival time. I appreciate how he went out of his way to order the part, pick it up on the other side of town, and get my fridge up and running the same day to avoid another two days without a fridge.

Great experience with Fixify. They answered my request within 15 minutes of me messaging them. We then set up for Ben to come the next day and assess what was wrong with our fridge ice maker. He was able to figure out the problem very quickly and stayed to fix it that day. 5 stars. Would definitely hire again.

This group was great from start to finish. Responded to me on a Sunday with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Before we purchased our home, it had been a rental for a long time. We were getting the d90 warning on our LG dryer and the problem was quickly identified as a clog in the duct work. The team worked for hours to get air flowing again and the result is the photo below - years and years of the lint trap not being cleaned. We even thought we had the problem fixed, warning came back on the dryer, and they sent someone to make sure it was fixed at no charge. Would highly recommend.

The technician was very thorough. With our fridge, it was a difficult to diagnose wiring problem where the wire had burned through in a difficult place. We are satisfied with the service.

The two gentlemen that arrived to fix my dishwasher were both very professional, very courteous and very polite. They reviewed my problem. Knew immediately what was wrong and gave a very reasonable estimate on the spot. They explained each step of the work as it was being done and showed me the defective part and explained why it was defective. I called this morning because my refrigerator was not cooling. Ben was so accommodating even on Sunday. He sent his technician Denis Stoliarov . He replaced a broken parts and gave me 3 mos warranty for a back job . These guys are honest and professional.

Ben spent the time and effort to diagnose refrigeration problem replaced the part and low and behold part was defective from supplier returned 2 days later with the new part and now it is working! No extra charges from original quote with extra trip and services!

Extremely professional, friendly and honest. Denis came out to fix our dishwasher. He found that there were three parts of it that were broken and we determined that buying a new one would be a better option than buying parts and paying for the labor. Amazing service on a Saturday. My mom’s dryer was damaged from a water leak and she needed to know that it was still salvageable. Vadim was respectful, thorough and kind. These folks were not able to work on the brand of refrigerator I have, but they were nice enough to call back and let me know and to give me some advice on whether a repair would actually be worth it, so I appreciate their customer service. All companies should have customer service like this!

What a weird business. I asked them to fill our refrigerator with Freon. The repairman immediately pulled the refrigerator out and looked. He added the pump. He told us it would be twelve hundred dollars but refused to tell us why, saying there was a leak. Then, he took four tries to put the back on while watching YouTube videos. And, for some reason, he decided he had to get into the fridge and grab my milk. The boss said he had to get in that area to work. What part of the refrigerator needs work where my milk is? It has nothing to do with the freezer or the pump. I would never recommend these guys.🤨

The tech was able to fix the issue quickly, it took two trips because he had to order parts but otherwise the work was fast, the tech was great, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The technicians that came out to look at my Hotel's commercial freezer were the epitome of professionalism. It took them less than an hour to diagnose the issue (something that three other companies could not figure out after spending 4+ hours in the kitchen). I will definitely be using this company again, and I recommend anybody in the Denver area do the same!

Fast response and booking online. I booked for the next day but they were able to show up the same day within hours. Got a great quote and they helped order parts to be installed next week when delivery comes in.
