A&E Heating And Air Conditioning

I have been using A&E for about 2 years now. At least twice they’ve come out on the day of my initial call to them as it was summer and an A/C unit was working. They always do a great job. Highly recommended!

I bought a condo that had been a Forclosure, and needed a new A/C unit. I called and got estimates from several Heating and A/C companies and decided to go with A and E Heating and Air Conditioning. Theirs was a very reasonable estimate, and I liked the way they described the parts they were going to use, and the warranty they included. They were honest, and didn't try to Up-sell me on things I didn't need, as I felt other Heating and A/C companies had done. They were able to replace my Condensing Unit, and the Evaporator Coil in my attic, and I was able to keep my existing furnace(which others wanted to replace). I got the estimate from them, and they came back out in just a couple of days to do the work. It all went smoothly, and came out very well. The unit they installed seems quiet, and does a good job of keeping my place cool. And I think I'm set for A/C for the next 10-15yrs. I'd gladly recommend A and E Heating and Air Conditioning to others needing work on their A/C or Furnace.

I found this business a few years ago based on a community Facebook group recommendation. I had asked them for a second opinion on a quote I received from a larger company when I had gotten a questionable vibe from one of the techs. Turned out that vibe was right and A & E confirmed it. On another visit they came out and quickly cleared out and emptied the overflow which was leaking a lot of water outside. They were awesome. Most recently I called because my 2nd air conditioner was making a lot of noise (same symptoms my other air conditioner was making when I called the large company and told me we had to replace the whole unit so we did-prior to the other shady stuff). A & E replaced the capacitor on this older unit and it got it running great again for under $300. I thought for sure we would need to replace this unit too (because the larger company tried to get us to replace both at the same time). Makes me really question if my 1st a/c unit really did need to be replaced. A&E will continue to be my first call. Thank you!

A and E replaced two furnaces and one of my outside units today. They were very communicative and responsive, taking extra steps along the way to show they are true professionals. They put down padding to walk on as to not get the floor dirty, didn’t bang tools around, were careful removing old units, and cleaned up after they were finished. Came on time. Diagnosed and fixed within 40-60 minutes. Seemed reasonably priced. Didn’t try to upsell a whole new system.

I got my AC units disconnected and reconnected so that we could pour concrete under them. Work was flawless. Price was right. Highly recommend.

Ryan installed a mini-split system with two inside wall units and an outdoor condenser for our home in Laguna Hills. During the planning process, Ryan was an excellent listener and a fantastic problem-solver, suggesting different configurations that would best suit our needs. We decided on a 30K condenser that would allow for future expansion of our HVAC system. On installation day, Ryan brought another professional to help and got everything installed in one day. While working, he continued to consult with us to determine the precise placement of each component. He worked swiftly and efficiently, paying great attention to every detail. I learned a lot listening to his explanations. After installation was complete, Ryan made a return visit to make minor adjustments so that the system worked exactly as it should. I am very happy with the services provided and the reasonable price that was quoted. I have never had a more positive experience with a contractor!!

A and E heating and Air Conditioning. Great service in replacing all our air/heat unequal ducting in our older 3000 sq ft added on house. We have new insulated ducting, all new vent grills, new return air vents with new filters. Laid down special covering on floor where taking out old stuff from attic. Had a company pick up all the old ducting, parts, and insulation they brought outside. And then vacuumed all the rooms in case of any debris. Now all our rooms have equal air distribution and so better for our allergies. All this was done with a great crew in one day.

I’ve worked with many HVAC companies over the years, but A&E Heating and Air truly stands out. They are diligent, honest, and consistently go above and beyond to provide quality service. As a real estate professional, I’m very selective about who I refer to my clients—but I trust A&E completely. It gives me peace of mind knowing that when I send them to a job, my clients will be treated with integrity and won’t be given the "run around" or unnecessarily upsold. I am very happy with by the inspection and repairs A&E Heating & Air Conditioning technician did yesterday. The technician was very professional, on-time and explained clearly the issues with one of my two 4-Ton AC unit. Thomas did the repairs meticulously and promptly after a thorough inspection. He left the area of the repairs clean. He was kind enough to install the air filters that I was ready to replace myself as he was ready to leave. The cost of his labor and expertise was very competitive compared to older companies I used in the same service area. I highly recommend this relatively new honest company and will use them exclusively for inspection, maintenance and upgrades of my Air Conditioning system.

I never hired A&E for service, but I did call for tech info to cross check another contractor’s diagnosis about which I had doubts. Long story short, I got one ‘Adam’ on the phone and he demonstrated enormous grace and technical knowledge-how, thus providing me with the reassurance I sought. I am ‘paying’ A&E by providing this review!

All 3 of these guys are amazing along with the company. They are very nice, professional, reasonable, and reliable. I had an issue with my heater and they came and fixed it right away without a hassle. They showed up on time and responded every single time. Adam, erick, and thomad are the absolute best!!!! Adam was quick to respond to a phone call and service request during 100+ temps when no one else could come out for a week. He came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with new parts to repair the AC unit. He was fast, efficient, clean and fair. Would not hesitate to call them again or refer them.

Needed service for a backed up pipe. Adam came out just hours after my call, on-time, and took care of the issue. When another issue arose, he came first thing, fixed the issued. Friendly, hard-working, and charged a fair price. I'd definitely call again for future services.

Adam and Eric are a great team. They installed my main house new construction Heating and Air System as well as my 2 new construction ADU heating and Air Systems. They were dependable, and efficient in the installation both on roughen and finish. They returned calls quickly and addressed any questions that I had on installation and equipment.
