This company came through after my home warranty sent someone else first, but they never showed up. Great customer service and got things done right away. I was with no heating for over one month until they came through and they were able to get everything done with an under a week. They were probably able to get it done within a day but due to being under home warranty we have to wait for our home warranty service to get things completed, but I would highly recommend even if you don’t have a home warranty to Check them out they know exactly what they’re doing.

Do NOT use this heating and cooling company. They are not good at what they do and completely unprofessional. For two weeks I’ve been trying to get this issue handled. They don’t answer their phone, don’t return calls, and don’t follow through on what they say. When they finally showed up, they barely checked anything and claimed “nothing is wrong,” even though the problem is clearly still happening. There is zero accountability, zero communication, and no sense of urgency. If you’re looking for reliable, knowledgeable HVAC service, this is not the company. Save yourself the time, stress, and frustration.

IMPORTANT‼️ This company has the worst customer service (MARIA) never answer their phones Voicemail is full and CANT leave messages. They set appointments and cancel after I’ve taken days off of work for them. highly recommend NOT to call them. If you do call expect them to reschedule and forfeit Days pay at work for a dishonest company NOT WORTH IT‼️

My Home Warranty Company contacted them to schedule my appointment. They were supposed to reach out to me within 48 hrs. I had to contact them and schedule an appointment. They did not show up at the scheduled time so I called and was told the appointment prior to mine was taking longer than expected and was told that the technician would be there later in the afternoon. Supposedly he showed up said that no one was home, which my husband was waiting there all day and that he waited 15 minutes, which is not true because I showed up during the time he was supposedly there. Why did they not call or text, you know a little common courtesy would have been nice. Called the next day to find out what happened and reschedule. Took off work again just for a no show once again and no phone call or text, would not recommend them at all!! Called my Home Warranty Company and within 15 minutes I got an actual phone call from the Company that will actually be doing the work.

Home warranty assigned this company to repair my heater. Had a tech come to my house today, Ivan was a good help! Very friendly, professional and gave me good advice. I feel comfortable proceeding the servicing of my heater with this company based off the interaction with Ivan.

Joel came to take care of our heating unit he was kind and knowledgeable. He told us right away what was the problem and that it can be fixed quickly when he came back to fix it, It was quick and the heater worked perfectly.

Very fast and easy process! Guys came and removed all old ducting and installed new one in 1 day. ! And also very easy to get approved..great company to contract! Would definitely use them again. Very affordable compared to other companies

Super awesome! My home warranty actually sent them out so I only paid the service fee from my warranty but they seemed extremely knowledgeable. I had issues with a different company prior to this experience and after explaining to them the prior issues they knew right away what the issue might be and sure enough they were right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their customer service is terrible, no one answers. I am hoping this review will finally get someone to call me back and finish the work. I had a service appointment scheduled no one came by or even called to let me know they were not coming by. I contacted my warranty company and hoping they can get this company to call me back. Please save yourself a headache and use someone else.

Ivan Ramirez was our tech who checked our furnace. He was really patient with us since we were not home during the time he arrived. He was respectful during the whole process. He let us know the exactly what is going on with our furnace. Definitely recommend this company.

Since the very beginning I have been disappointed with the service I received from this company. At first my unit worked but then I started running into issues where it wouldn't run at all. They would send out a technician who would then "fix" my unit and not long after I ran into the same issue, it has been constant back and forth with this company. I had this unit installed in 2022 and I'm still running into issues. I called yesterday and they are wanting to charge me $110 per hour to check my unit, even though I've told them countless times this has been an issue since the beginning and the initial problem still hasn't been fixed... I would not recommend this company to anyone at all...

The service team arrived and replaced a few screws that went loose for the blower/fan. It was replaced a few months ago but the screws used previously were too small. I thought the blower/fan went out again luckily it didn’t and they fixed problem quickly saving money. Thanks Fahrenheit team.

Technicians were effective, knowledgeable, friendly and took care of my heating problem, so thankful and if I need help again would definitely contact them. This is a great company !

SERVICE TECHNICIAN IVAN RODRIGUEZ SHOWED UP AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN POLITE.AND DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB EXPLAINING EVERYTHING THAT HE DID.AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE! THE MOTOR ON ONE OF OUR UNITS WAS FOUND TO BE BAD! I WILL REQUEST THROUGH HIS COMPANY THAT HE BE THE TECHNICIAN THAT RETURNS TO INSTALL THE NEW MOTOR! THANKS IVAN

Joel quickly assessed the problem, ordered a new board and was back out in a week to install and our heater is working again! This was done under our home warranty so the price was $90 all in.

Daniel was AMAZING helping me my husband with the process of getting a new AC installed into our home. Great prices and wonderful service. This is the place to go if you’re needing any heating or cooling services!!
