Victor did an outstanding job servicing my AC. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable throughout the entire visit. The inspection was thorough, and I truly appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in a clear and honest way. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary—just straightforward, quality service. Highly recommend!

Used Allison a few years back when we had a leak. They did a great job! Had them come out for basic maintenance today Tech Victor was extremely polite and professional did a great job. AC even colder then before. Price very reasonable. I Definitely recommend Allison!

I have been using this company for years. Steve, the owner is excellent and he employs the best people to do the job. I have had many services done by them. They installed my new air ducts and new heating and air system, as well as my air purifier. Their Techs are knowledgeable, very polite and do a great job. If you call them you will probably be speaking to Katie. She is great to work with ; she does all the scheduling and helps you with any of your service needs. This company goes above and beyond to help you with getting your heating and air up and running. They are THE BEST!

Called Allison to schedule maintenance for my unit, which I had not maintained since buying the property over 14 yrs ago. Victor made my appointment happen promptly and professionally (manager was out of the office at that time). He went through the system, which I thought would need a lot never having being maintained by me, and came back with an extremely fair price to keep my system going strong. I am more than happy with this company's service and they will be who I call for any of my HVAC needs in the future. Also apparently they were the ones that installed the 18 year old system to begin with(2005). So I guess they install new systems with the utmost integrity and care for long term use in harsh environments.

We had our 20-year old system repaired by Ken - he was efficient and professional and had us up and running in no time. Our experience was so good that we ended up going back to Allison Air to quote a new HVAC system a couple of months later. Steve provided a thorough quote and explained the options and his recommendations - he offered information and no pressure. We met with several other contractors, but our decision was clear and we went with Allison Air. Katie took care of our scheduling and paperwork - everything went smoothly. Albert, Manny, and Ken installed our new system. They are obviously very experienced and work together like a well-oiled machine. Taking Steve’s recommendations on what to purchase worked out perfectly - our new system was tailored to fix our air flow issues and now we are very comfortable in every room. Allison Air has taken care of my parents’ AC and Heating needs for many years. They recently got a new duct system and will soon be replacing the AC & Heater. Victor has been so wonderful as their service person and we trust his experience and expertise, and Katie has always been so wonderful in scheduling our appointments! We cannot say enough about Steve Allison and his top-notch crew, Junior, Phung and Victor. Outstanding job designing and installing a 2-zone Carrier Air Conditioning and Heating system for our specific needs and comfort. Katie Allison in the office was very professional and efficient in getting all the contract and warranty documentation to us online, and setting up the HERS Duct testing and City permit and final inspection. All were very knowledgeable, personable and a dream to work with! And, the little thank you gift and cookies they sent at the end were a delightful surprise!

I've used this company for all my HVAC needs over the past eight years. This month I needed to replace my entire system; heat and a/c. I called on a Wednesday morning and they were out that evening. They installed my new furnace that Friday! Junior and his team (Brad and Phong) were professional and very nice. They came back two weeks later to install the a/c. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Katie in the office was also very friendly and helpful.

Katie was the hero of my day!! I was desperate for last minute appointment during a crazy heatwave and she had me scheduled and ready to go with ease. She was so helpful and friendly and it was nice to have an actual person to talk to vs an automated system. Victor was hero #2. He was quick at diagnosing the problem and had it all fixed and running in no time! I will absolutely be using Allison Air for all my future HVAC needs.

This is the best A/C company in our area. I can't say enough good things about them. They installed my old system and when it was time for a new system, we went with a high efficiency system plus new ducting. It is amazing and I am so happy. Their price was at least $5,000 less than other A/C companies in our area. Their service over the years has been excellent and they have always done the repairs in a professional manner for a good price. I highly recommend this company!!!!

The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. All of the technicians were very personable and professional! It was like doing business with family. There was no pressure sales pitch and they were very knowledgeable about their craft. They were extremely accommodating and attentive, and they promptly responded to my calls. They courteously answered all of my questions even during the installation--explaining the process--and they didn't act as if I was bothering them which I appreciate a lot! They weren't rushing through the job but took their time and made sure it was done right! I would definitely do business with them again and I would refer anyone in need of their services!! Steve is very very thorough ! He made three trips... 2 to prepare the estimate... and a 3rd to present the estimate. He did not oversell... giving us numerous options... to re-do our 34 year old heating system. He does what he says he will do... great installation crew... clean workers / job site always left neat (during & after the job). If the old adage... you get what you pay for... is true... we didn't skimp on what needed to be done... the job was A-1 / 5 stars.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLISON HEATING & AIR !!! SHORT OF IT: Expertise (industry knowledge), honesty, sincerity/genuineness, value of quality and integrity are how I would sum up Steve, his company and their offerings in my experience of them. THE LONG OF IT: There are certain purchases in life where these factors above always should come first, above anything else, especially expertise and sincerity, if you're looking to spend thousands on a brand new AC, Furnace, Duct and HVAC system (in my unique case). Without expertise and deep knowledge of industry or profession, saving a few bucks here and there could cost me a ton of money down the line. What I love most about Steve and his company during this process of evaluating different HVAC companies here in Southern California is that Steve will give you the recommendations that make the most sense for your home and your specific situation. Some of the other companies I am evaluating have withheld information or withheld making a helpful recommendation to me because they wanted to keep costs down hoping I would just sign with them, one company even pulled a gimmick like "Hey! Sign within 24 hours or the price I quoted you goes up!" I'd rather actually be told what would be the best situation for my budget, rather than someone not telling me something helpful because they think I'd be turned off by spending a little bit more. Specifically, in my case, no other company prior to Steve told me about the benefit of adding additional returns to the house when replacing a Central Air HVAC system. I am a voracious reader and someone who does extensive due diligence when it comes to anything in life, especially big purchases, I researched Steve's suggestion extensively online and learned that various HVAC experts throughout the country also said the same thing for my unique situation, confirming what Steve had told me. Can't express enough how appreciative I am of that. Only 1 other company after Steve's company made a similar suggestion. When I went back to a previous company I'm evaluating sharing with them the idea of adding additional returns, they admitted "Yea, I have 5 in my own home, sorry I didn't make that suggestion, wanted to be competitive with the bid." In my experience thus far, Steve and his company actually want you to make the best choice for your home and he is one of the most GENUINE people about the whole process and what is best for your preferred needs and situation. It gives me assurance that this is how they would do business whether it's a simple maintenance call or service call or in my unique case installing all new HVAC equipment after 25 years of having the original builder-grade stuff in my house. All the homes in my neighborhood are older, built in 1990's originally with all original builder equipment, my neighbor Kevin, who is also upgrading his home's HVAC (with a much more complex and technologically advanced setup with zoning, etc than what I'm looking at) is the one who told me about Steve and Allison Air Conditioning in the first place. Glad he did! One more thing I love about Steve, he follows up and follows through when you connect with him on questions, and he is detailed/thorough, this may seem standard, but there are two HVAC companies in this So Cal region that I met with that didn't even do that. All these seemingly minor factors add up and reveal how a company does business and the quality of what you'll be getting. Sincerity, expertise, honesty/integrity, and follow-through are always some of my primary personal factors, would recommend Steve / Allison Air on just those factors alone.
