Stouts was precise and to the point. All my questions were answered and they never left me guessing as to what was going to happen. Fred came in and looked at the furnace and he was such a pleasant man and explained things in a way I could understand. Then when Dan came to change out the furnace and told me exactly how it would go with an approximate time frame. He was in and out and it didn't even look like he was here. Very clean and very professional company! <br /> <br /> <br />
