I’m usually not one to leave reviews but when I see a company that does everything in their power to make their customers happy, I want to make sure they are acknowledged. I was having issues with my heater and I needed it repaired ASAP. I did a little bit of research and decided to give Aquinas a try. I told them what was going on with my heater and they were able to come out the very same day! They were able to repair my heater for an affordable price. Andy is very knowledgeable and you can tell he always puts his customers first! I would definitely recommend Aquinas to anyone in need of an HVAC technician.

I never ever leave a review but I had to recognize Joe for his impeccable service and professionalism. My husband was out of town and I was 98% sure I broke our AC. Trying to get this fixed before my husband came home (haha) I found Aquinas and called the service manager immediately. After explaining my situation and the urgency to get this done sooner rather than later, Joe was very accommodating and understood my need to get serviced ASAP. I have to commend this company for their efficiency and while Joe was very knowledgeable his good intentions were very apparent. Thank you Joe for your amazing service and I will definitely be recommending your company to friends and family.

I took a chance on Aquinas when my uncle was having problems with his AC. Joe was able to come out and look at it within 24 hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. My sister referred me to this company and I called the service manager to deal with the issues I was having with my heater. I told Joe what was going on and he came the exact same day! John Carlo performed my dryer vent cleaning today and did a wonderful job. He was polite and professional, and did a great job educating me on the importance of keeping the dryer vent clean, as well as how to do that. Thank you, John Carlo!!

We were recommended to Aquinas HVAC for our malfunctioning heater. They were quick to respond and the technician, James, was very helpful, informative, friendly and understanding. He was great with our dogs, too! Aquinas's services were great and they were able to replace our wall furnace the same day! Highly recommend!

I had 4 quotes and this company gave the best and most reasonable quote. I had to do my homework so shop no more! This is the best AC company I could ask for. Joe was 2 out of the 4 guys who came out for a consult. Very knowledgeable and came within 24 hours. His crew was awesome. Polite and very respectful. Quiet workers that came and did their jobs well. I was impressed with how things were done. Very organized. Joe came out and oversaw the work everyday and gave me a briefing of what’s going on. They were also able to extract a very old furnace that turned out to be a big PIA to get out. We are a very pleased customer. They were very accommodating!

The estimators, Joe, was patient, responsive to my calls and respectful. He made sure we were totally satisfied before he took receipt of the final payment. I was impressed with this aspect of how they do business. The young men who installed my air conditioning were courteous the whole time. They cooperated with each other, and there were four of them. I never heard a crude word the whole day. Unusual and appreciated very much. I never give a five star rating. I feel as though there is always room for improvement. However, this company truly deserves it.

My dad used Aquinas HVAC a few weeks ago and everyone there was so nice and responsive. They managed to help us with any questions we had and even their team came by and thanked me for using them and even handed me a gift card! I want to especially thank Andy, he helped with the language barrier with my dad and made the whole process run smoothly. We will definitely recommend my friends and family to use this company for their AC and heating needs!

Our heater stopped working a few days ago and aquinas was able to come out within 24 hours. We were afraid that our unit night need to be replaced, but after checking a bunch of things including climbing the attic to check our ducting, their tech was able to to determine that we had too much filtration going on. We had a min labor charge for the dispatch! What a relief for honest and professional service.

I live in one of the Irvine company apartments and requested to have service done and they sent out FARIS (don't know if I spelled it right) who was actually very nice and was super helpful. He was there to see why the heater wasn't working and found another issue he realized the thermostat wasn't working the on auto switch was broken inside he replaced it within 5 mins even seen the filter was installed wrong and flipped it back he was very professional and super helpful and I appreciate the service, thank you Faris.

Aquinas installed a new furnace and heat pump for us. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. Their prices were reasonable. I recommend you give them a try.

If you want a very reliable, professional, timely, and superior customer service-oriented company to assist you with your Air Conditioner /Heating replacements or repairs then look no further than AQUINAS HEATING VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (Aquinas HAVAC Inc. San Jose, CA). This company is rated number one in my book. This company was recommended by Johnston Supply Company and was able to replace our FirstCo Air handler unit within 3 days versus the FirstCo mfg. (Texas) and other competitors needed 10-12 weeks or more. We were without AC for over a month and it was horrific. Once, I called AQUINAS and reached Clayton Costella on the phone he was able to get the unit for me within 3 days and quickly installed the new handler for us within days not months. I was truly amazed at the professionalism, response time, a written contract and confirmation for installation day and time solidified. The price was beyond reasonable and you beat out another company that would have taken 10-12 weeks to even receive the unit from the mfg. I am truly amazed, this air handler required cutting into dry wall and only a few HVAC specialist can even do this job; which requires a multi-faceted approach with the water heater connection, welding and soldering, etc. I will be spreading the word to the neighbors and next-door neighbor for 4S Ranch they are going to need this company. I spent hours and a lot of phone calls even locating a company that could even do this job. I want to thank Clayton beyond words, the AC installers (Jordan and Dennis) (You both were truly amazing as well, professional and experts at your job), and the full Aquinas Team for making this transaction go so smoothy and comfortable.
