When the Texas heat hit like a furnace last summer, our old Carrier unit completely gave out. I called Heating and Air in a panic and they responded right away. The tech diagnosed a refrigerant leak and handled the fixing refrigerant leak carrier unit perfectly. He also did a 410a refrigerant recharge. The staff was great, explaining everything calmly while I worried about my family’s comfort. Price was reasonable too. Now our home feels like a sanctuary again I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this HVAC company! From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained the problem and solution. The work was done efficiently and with high quality. They made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving, and even took the time to answer all my questions. They gave us all of our options as to what we could do. They discussed with us what it was that they were going to do before they did it. I like the fact that they guarantee their work as if something did not work correctly; he said he would come back out to fix it.

The central Air Conditioner condenser (a large box with a fan outside the house) has died in the middle of the heatwave week in August. I found Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair on Yelp and called them for an appointment. Long story short, the next day, my cooling system was up and running again, and what is most important, I didn't pay a fortune for that. Technician's name was Sergey L. I much appreciate his professionalism and human touch. The guy has not only quickly fixed my system but without any hesitation, was ready to go the extra mile for me and made the test of each system components, including heater/furnace on the attic, drainage system, thermostats, floor-by-floor zoning. What can I say after that? I guess I finally found my HVAC service company and will be happy to recommend them to my friends. Thank you, Fuse!

Excellent company! I had some problems with my refrigerator. The inside temperature was getting higher and higher. I noticed it in the evening of July 3. The next morning, on July 4 (when many companies were closed) this company found the way to send a technician within just several hours. Detailed diagnostic was done, the cause of problems revealed, and the next day they already had the replacement part. The same technician came (despite his very busy schedule on that day), and made the repairs. Very big "Thank You" to this company; they treat the customers like their close friends or family members. Highest level of responsiveness and responsibility!

The technician was very prompt,courteous and knowledgeable. He was very patient; I had an appointment I had to go to and he waited for me to return without any problem. I will gladly use this company again.

The only thing he told me was my refrigerator was dead and I needed a new one. hard to understand also.

They showed up to on time,got my heating fixed. However, my online invoice did not have a breakdown of the work performed, which required me to call. I was provided with a new invoice, however it still wasn't very clear.

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN NASHVILLE. This was an unfettered disaster. Technician misdiagnosed the issue, spent all day trying to fix while I stayed home from work, then told me it would be 2-3 business days to order more parts for my non-functioning fridge. I had to hire another company to complete the job. Also, major communication issues as we had a significant language barrier. Avoid at all costs and hire the factory authorized service company even if it takes an extra day to get on their calendar. Extremely unsatisfactory outcome for a Home Advisor recommended vendor.

Fuse Appliance Repair is awesome! I had an emergency water heater repair that needed to be done immediately and I called around to several local services that were highly rated. All of the other services I called weren't able to service the repair immediately, but Fuse Appliance Repair was at my house within an hour of the call and the fix was completed 30 minutes after that! It was really fantastic - the response was immediate, the work was fast, and the service tech was very kind. I give this experience a perfect 5 star review!

Their communication is prompt and clear. Unlike other service providers, we received same day service. We worked with "Max", an electrical technician who was courteous, professional, proficient, and has excellent attention to details. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I would definitely call on them again.

The tech was so polite and really knew what he was doing...he actually found something else wrong with our washer and fixed it right up. He was done in a snap and if anything goes wrong again, I know just who to call.
