Degree HVAC

It was two years ago... but they got the job done. My only concern at the time was... the technician was on the phone with his office while he was fixing my heater.

I smelled gas coming from my floor heater. They came over and told me that there was nothing wrong with my heater then charged me $200 for doing nothing. I still smell gas. At the time, I also asked for an estimate to upgrade my heating and cooling system. They just gave me a dollar amount with out explaining what that would include. Of course, I didn't use them to upgrade me system.

Called promptly. Showed up on time. Diagnose the problem had parts in truck repaired heater in 1 hour

Trinidad called in less than 1minute after submitting my request through ServiceMagic. He agreed to come look at our problem the very next morning. He diagnosed the problem, reviewed it with our own maintenance staff, and agreed upon what needed to be done immediately. He explained everything clearly to someone who doesn't understand HVAC, and detailed what work needed to be done in the future. Consequently, we asked Trinidad to submit a bid for ongoing preventative maintenance. Two thumbs up!
