Matt and Joe were absolutely great to work with—professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We had a mini split installed by Matt & Jojo. Both guys were very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the service. Had a follow up appointment with Arleen, the technician. We were very happy with her as well. Great employees! Joe sold us the unit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly & gave us a lot of useful information before our purchase. After waking up at 5 AM to a sweltering 87° house—and with a newborn at home—keeping our space cool became my top priority. I immediately called Shasta Heating & Air, and they had a technician at my door within just a few hours. Unfortunately, we needed an entirely new AC unit, but they didn’t leave us hanging. They provided a window unit right away to keep our family—especially my infant—comfortable while we waited for installation day. When Matt and Joe arrived to install the new system, they were absolute pros. Courteous, respectful, and mindful of the fact that I was home breastfeeding my baby while they worked, they made a potentially stressful situation feel smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail was unmatched. In fact, when the city inspector came to review the job, even he was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. 9/22/25 We are very pleased with the friendliness, the courtesy, and the knowledge of Shasta Hearing and Air team members. She was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and complete an inspection of all the necessary components in the unit. Ordered the blower motor the same day. Will take about a week to get it in. We are very pleased with the way everything went and the outcome Rick & Alesa . 9/30/25 Arlene, the technician returned today to replace the blower motor and the run capacitor in our unit. Matt Wickman and Joe Joe replaced our entire HVAC system. They were awesome! Respectful, on time, super friendly. Worked around our stuff very respectfully even though it was more of a hassle for them. I would recommend Shasta heating and air to anyone needing HVAC work of any kind! Great experience!
