Can't say enough about Chris and his team at Redding Comfort Heating & Air. My aunt & uncle had recently downsized to a new home in Palo Cedro, CA. It's a small town and they were having issues with finding someone who could come out and look at their heat pump. One phone call to Redding Comfort and they had a technician booked the next day. The technician easily found the issue and now their house is nice and warm. Glad I was able to find such an awesome company that I know will be prompt, reliable, and courteous to my family who lives far away. Thanks again guys!!!

Chris came out to our home in 2019 when our unit quit working; he was there with in 2 hours of the call. He made a quick repair on our 30 year old unit. We were beyond relieved. A few years later we had a different issue; once again he quickly came out and repaired our unit. Summer 2025 our unit finally completely quit. Chris was out immediately with recommendation to replace. He did not upsell us or push something on us we didn’t need; our unit was replaced with in the week. He also replaced the output vent in our ceiling for n charge and fixed our gate! Such a kind person!

I cannot thank you enough for for answering my call this morning on the second ring… and accommodating our schedule here at the house.. had me text when we were done with moms home visit, and came within the half hour. They took care of the smell in the duct.. While here checked all of the duct work, fixed the leaking water pipe they came across (it wasn’t just a drip, it was running!) and cut a tree root that was impeded the house. I am overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism they showed today.. its “Old School business practice..” It’s how I was raised to treat people.. 💫💫💫💫💫 Outstanding service

What a great job Chris did on my propane fireplace!! He communicated what needed to be done clearly and gave me a reasonable quote. Was professional, clean and courteous getting the job done in a timely manner. He obviously takes pride in his work and wants his clients to be happy with a job well done!

My heater was acting up. Chris came out that same day in the pouring rain. Not only was his service fast and professional he fixed the problem and we now have a warm house!! I highly recommend Chris for all your heating and air needs.

Very Professional and knowledgeable! Took pride in his work and was very mindful of cleanliness in and outside of the house. My AC unit broke down just before the 100+ degree weather. Chris, from Redding Comfort Heating and Air, come to the rescue! Other local HVAC companies told me the unit needed to be replaced without even really looking at it (15-20k job!) However, Chris was extremely professional and thorough—he knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it same day. Summer is almost at an end and the AC unit is working just fine. He took the time to educate me on the unit and answered all my questions. Very pleased with services! Redding Comfort Heating and Air came highly recommended by neighbors. No wonder why!
