They came the day they arranged, worked hard even in the heat, and still managed to smile. Came daily until the job was completed. Cleaned up after themselves. All 3 were personable and professional. No change on the price when it took them longer than they thought it would. I definitely recommend this company!

It all went very well. The tech was personable and professional. He informed me of how the unit was working, as well as what I could expect from a unit as old as ours. This is not the first time we have had Gibson's preform regular maintenance. We have confidence in the company and their services. <br />

The installation went well but the airconditioning unit was trouble from the beginning. Gibson came several times over the years both when we contacted them with a problem and twice yearly for the preventative service. <br /> We contacted them most recently (in August) because the air conditioning unit totally failed. Gibson gave us two options to fix the entire unit or just to repair the airconditioner again. We have opted to just repair the air conditioning unit (at no charge to us because it is still under warranty). We were in no hurry for the airconditioner to be repaired because of winter. Gibson finished the job wonderfully and have checked it out and it's running fine. <br /> <br />

The scheduling was a breeze. Ryan showed up did the service and answered all my questions. Everything went well, they were clean and professional, and did not try to up sell us or any pressure to do or buy anything else. I would not have even written this but I got a form in the mail to send in for a rebate through the local utility didn't even know about. What a plus. I will be calling them when I need any work done.
