Awesome service. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are very transparent with pricing and communication is very good. Our repair was delayed due to weather but communication came in clutch and was no problem at all.

The Cold Snap crew tirelessly on resolving an issue with an outdated system. Unfortunately the system could not be saved and a replacement was installed for a great price. Communications were great and the work was supreme.

They were very responsive and quick to set up a time that works. The technician was very knowledgeable and did the job that day. We needed the A/C fixed as my 92 year old mother was staying with us and we didn't want her to have some health issues if it gets really hot. Thank you Cold Snap!

We went through our home warranty to have or AC replaced. The work was done by another company. After the install the AC unit didn't function properly. We read some reviews about the other guys and decided to demand another provider fix it. Cold Snap showed up and listened to everything I had to say and looked at the pictures I had taken. The repair technician said he will look at everything. He then looked at everything, the AC unit, ducts and the thermostat. He found the cause of the issue and fixed it right! I was very please with Cold Snaps response time, cleanliness and over all repair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

They installed our new AC unit last year. Did a great job for the most part. Left some dirty hand prints, but they were extremely nice, and patient with me asking many questions. I can't help myself. However, it stopped working when we turned it on this year. They quickly made an appointment and took care of it in less than a week. Gladly it was just a single wire that broke from the unit. Was fixed within an hour. So less than a week Not sure if it happens often or was perhaps an over-zealous strip, but nobody's perfect. Overall, everything seems great now. So I can recommend them.

I am very happy with my experience with Cold Snap. They installed a new HVAC unit about 5 months ago. When I had issues with the fan not turning off, the tech was over the next day and fixed the issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again. I am very pleased with the service this company performed. They were easy to access on the phone, made us a service appointment that was convenient for us. They arrived on time and examined our A/C unit. I had requested a maintenance appointment. The A/C unit is old and had not been serviced in three years. My bad. There were some repairs that needed to be made to keep the ole machine a running. The repairmen came out a few days later on time. Made the repairs and we couldn't be happier with their service. I had a licensed contractor install a mini split unit and they did not do a good job. I called cold snap they came out took a like gave me and estimate and I accepted it and they came out fixed everything that was wrong so now I have a practically a new unit the ran new lines ran everything under the house and made everything look clean and nice

What a great company! I was visiting my parents and noticed my asthma was getting bad. We checked the ducts and noticed there was a tear from a rodent! It was the weekend and Daisy from Cold Snap answered my call. The team at this company will go above and beyond to get the job done well and on schedule. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs ducting/AC work done.

Great company, super honest and their work is top notch ,Daisy, Matt, and Franklin always treat us right and I recommend them to everyone. They have done everything from a fan motor to installing three huge commercial swamp coolers for us and I have never once had an issue, and if I did I know they would take care of it. Truly appreciate the service!

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that came out to our house but he was very generous and informative. He even asked if I like to watch him make the repair as it was something I *might* be able to do if another capacitor went out in the future. As I watched him work, more questions came to mind about basic maintenance. He was very knowledgeable - I felt like I was getting some light training! $210 for a capacitor, diagnostics and the knowledge this guy shared with me was well worth it. I will be definitely giving them a call next time something malfunctions with our central AC. I would highly recommend this business.

This is the 3 time we have used them, and I am always grateful for their quick response and their willingness to walk through everything that they are doing or going to do. Matt is very patient when answering questions and nothing they have ever fixed has broken down (we just have a glitchy AC unit). They are my go to and I love working with Daisy!..She will always find a way to fit you in and get your issue fixed ASAP!

We have used Cold Snap two times. Once for our Central Air and once for our Central Heat. We had a very pleasant experience both times. This family is so nice and personable, but still very professional. I rarely leave reviews but they are so deserving of it, I had to spread the word.

Cold Snap came through again! They are head and shoulders above the rest in all catagories! They came back when our condenser and blower motor failed. They were very professional, knowledgeable and did a awesome job plus dealing with our home warranty company which is a job in itself. Glad we had the warranty though! Thanks, Daisy!!!

All around great experience with CSAC today. We moved into our new house and the AC wouldn’t turn on. When I called the receptionist was friendly and scheduled us quickly. Matt was on time and had great customer service. Got the problem fixed for a very fair price and walked me through everything he did. I will definitely be contacting them for any HVAC needs in the future.

Came within minutes of my calling the office on an emergency call from me as I was roasting. Knowledgeable, Efficient and friendly. Family run business. Got it running again quickly with today being 111 degrees here in Red Bluff.. When it started working Matt (owner of business) said with contentment and pride, now that is a great sound!! I thought so too. P. S. He checked other aspects also to see if house was cooling properly. I'll definitely use him again. Got the bill also which I thought was very reasonable, especially coming after hours.

I would give 1 star if it hadn't been for promptness getting to my home and also returning my call immediately. I take partial responsibility for my lack of knowledge in the HVAC field and it's pricing for paying way too much for 20 minutes of work. 210.00 dollars for a 3 dollar filter and 27 dollar thermostat. I should have done my research before hand but feel as though it could have came with a more fair price tag. 540.00 dollars an hour after parts is absolutely absurd if you go that route. Nice guy but crazy price

I have a old gas heater in my livingroom. Call and left messages to 3 different companies in town. No every called me back, cold snap call me back in couple of hr. easy to shedule appt in 1-2 day. came fixed my problem and very reasonable priced. next year the blower went out and jon came out the evaluate the problem. tried to find a new blower. ordered and call set up appt in 1-2 day..They have worked very hard keeping my old heater working and cant thank them enough for all they have done. Would recommend highly..
