I highly recommend Ron and his company AllenAir Heating and Cooling. He recently installed a brand new HVAC system in our home. He was professional, extremely thorough, and friendly. He set a clear expectation of what to expect, arrived on time everyday in a clean truck and a pressed uniform, did a fantastic job, removed all debris and charged exactly what he bid! Ron did a clean install of our minisplit in the downstairs office—solid work and professional throughout. Now he's coming out to service the rooftop AC unit. Rare to find someone reliable who'll handle both the new equipment and maintenance on the existing system without any hassle. Definitely recommend.

We’ve had such a great experience with Allen Air Heating and Cooling that I wanted to share. Ron has been our technician both times, and he’s fantastic. The first time we called, Ron came out promptly and carefully diagnosed our equipment. Instead of trying to upsell us like another company did (they told us we needed a whole new unit), he checked whether our parts were still under warranty. They were and he passed that savings on to us, only charging for labor. Most recently, we called late in the day because our A/C stopped working during a heat wave. Ron knew how important it was to get it fixed quickly and made sure to come out the very next day. He was genuinely happy to help, worked efficiently, and got everything running again before the house could heat up. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise, honesty, and real care for their customers. Ron did an amazing job and really helped us out. We wanted to install a a three head mini split in our mobile home ourselves and then call in an HVAC specialist to do the finalization of the install (check our lines, add coolant where needed, and start up the unit). However after calling multiple HVAC companies we were told by all of them that they wouldn’t do anything unless we paid them to do the entire set up. Thankfully Ron came very highly recommended to us by a previous customer of his who he had done the same mini split service for. Ron was the only HVAC specialist around who agreed to do the end set up for us. He worked with speed, had excellent communication, and was very polite/professional/helpful. I highly recommend Ron to anyone looking to partially install a mini split or have any other HVAC related work done. We will definitely be keeping his number on hand for any future HVAC work we will need done.

Highly recommend! Ron was fantastic—honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. Our mini split stopped working just days before triple-digit heat. We first called another company who claimed we had a leak and recommended replacing the entire system for $20,000—even though it was installed in 2021! Thankfully, we got a second opinion. Ron came out quickly, located the leak, and had it repaired in no time. So grateful for his expertise and integrity!

I can’t say enough nice things about AllenAir. Ron was very responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with my AC immediately and had it up and cooling again within an hour (had to go pick up a part), for which I am, as a person who absolutely despises being even a little bit hot, obviously, incredibly grateful! Ron did a complete air conditioning and heat unit. It was a job well done and works fantastic very happy with him.

Our AC quit late Friday evening on the first triple digit day of the year. We immediately called AllenAir and Ron answered and said that he would be out the next day to check it out. Ron arrived before noon, checked it out and fixed it in no time. It needed a new part and a couple of minor repairs. Ron is a super nice guy that knows his stuff and his bill was more than reasonable especially for a weekend call. He definitely has all of our future business.

Ron saved us! Our air conditioning pooped out in the middle of summer, and he was willing to come after hours to help us figure out the problem. He ended up needing to find a new part for us, and he went above and beyond to find something available ASAP so we wouldn't have to keep roasting in our house. He came by and worked in our attic, which had to be 120+ degrees until the job was done. He was very up-front with the costs and an accurate estimate, so we didn't have any unpleasant surprises after the work was done. If I could give six stars, I would!

Ron is a life saver pure and simple. After two different companies said our unit couldn’t be fixed Ron showed up and got it going. He spent two hours analyzing the problem. He had the parts ordered the same day. Once the parts arrived, he installed them in our unit while we were out of town getting medical treatments. Ron is the real deal and true AC warrior. This was an emergency it was over 100 degrees outside my home was 91. I called Ron, he was able to help me . Ron explained exactly what needed to be done, replaced and the cost. He fix the air conditioner and once again we had cool air. I will definitely do business with him again.

On January 6th, 2025 at 8:30am , I called AllenAir heating and cooling and spoke to Ron about our heater in my house not working. At 10:55 am Ron arrived at our residence . It did not take him long to fix the problem . I appreciated everything Ron did to fix our heater. Plus his bill was extremely affordable. AllenAir Heating and Cooling is business I highly recommend.

Ron is the best and fairest AC contractor I have ever dealt with and very easy and pleasant to deal with. I’ve dealt with dozens and dozens in this area. I’m a landlord in town so I’m always dealing with heat and AC guys and there are many in this town that I’ve learned to never contact again. Ron God is on the other end of the other scale. I called Ron after calling one of the other AC guys I’ve used in the past, he responded immediately whereas the other ones couldn’t get back to me for ours. Ron was able to respond and came out to my personal residence. Which was just before Christmas where two of our units had stopped working and had family coming. He diagnosed both units in just almost no time. He had already called and found out if he can get the parts we needed before he even got off the roof. Gave me a very very fair price and his own personal guarantee from his company that if any issues within a years time it will be no cost to me to correct the issue. He had it fix early that afternoon both of them. I’ve never been given that kind of guarantee from any other AC contractor. I will never call any other AC contractor again.

Ron is a very professional, honest and dependable. I had another HVAC contractor came prior to Allen Air Heating and Cooling (AAHC), after diagnosis, they added freon but it was found that it did not workout shortly. Recently, my HVAC system as blower fan issue when I called AAHC, Ron came and checked and fixed the issue. It appeared that there was no needed to be added the refrigerant earlier. I highly recommend AAHC for correct diagnosis with fair market price for excellent work. Thanks Ron!

AllenAir did a great job. He arrived on time, took care of several issues I had with my A.C. Unit, my whole house fan, and the blower on my wood stove! He was very professional and left everything spotless. Best of all, his rates were very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
