I signed up for a solicited HVAC maintenance service with a national company. After the HVAC tech identified several issues and the company provided a pricey estimate for service, I contacted the original installer, Peak Air. Nik came out the next day and inspected my system, paying close attention to the items identified by the other company. He assured me there were no issues that required immediate attention or justified the estimated cost. I find Nik to be realistic and pragmatic when making service recommendations. I'll be using Peak for all my future service needs.

I am a very research-oriented person, and wanted to make sure we found the right HVAC company to install a new heating/cooling system. After interviewing many HVAC specialists, we couldn't be more grateful to have found Roger at Peak Air Heating and Cooling. We are now on a maintenance contract and couldn't be happier with their continued service. Peak Air is our "gold standard" by which we compare other contractors. Roger and his crew are extremely helpful, professional, and if there were more than 5 stars, they would get that!

Nik was on time, prepared, polite, and efficient. He placed sensors on our ducts to test their output, and thoroughly checked out the heat pump. All passed inspection. He brought a new filter for the intake. A nice experience.

It’s been a few years since Nik installed my AC unit. And when the unit started to not work like it used too I immediately call him and he responded promptly and scheduled a visit within just a few days. My units issue was just poor maintenance on our behalf. But even at that Nik did the maintenance (filter cleaning) and didn’t charge me anything he went through the unit and then tested and was done in under an hr. Unit ran just like it was brand new again. This man is not only honest he genuinely cares about his clients and his company. He engaged with me the whole time he was there reexplaining the ins and outs of the unit. So if you need a 1 time HVAC company that you can trust. This is them. Peak air serviced my existing heating and AC unit. Through inspection and told me my AC was in good shape. Charged me for the maintenance and made feel good about there service. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks PeakAir.

HVAC stuff can be expensive and scary but he really educated us so we felt confident moving forward.
