We knew Jax Mechanical from a year ago, when we called for an emergency. They were prompt, and solved our issue then. This time we called for a change from the gas water heater tank to the tankless. The service was excellent. We are very pleased with the gas tankless heater.

Company is great for small services but as a whole this company is ran very poorly and unprofessional employees appear to work under the influence and owner doesn’t seem to put quality of work first, prices are always fair trust me you pay for what you get! Would always support small companies but this company is just to unprofessional for a true licensed contractor would take you’re Business to a higher class company with top quality employees that represent the trade and do good work, Jax mechanical is best for small weekend projects that a handyman is capable of doing, anything more then that I wouldn’t trust the integrity of there work.

I called in need of a same day water heater replacement, and Mike did not disappoint! He provided a fair quote, answered my questions, and replaced my water heater in a timely manner. Mike was so friendly and professional too! Highly recommend Jax Mechanical :)

Michael offered great advice on where to place our new tankless heater and his team did a great job executing. There were a few hiccups that came with replacing the old tank heater and working with the old plumbing of the home, but Jax Mechanical were able to solve any problems that popped up. Michael was also proactive in the initial discussion and found that our PRV needed replacing which was something we were glad he found before it led to any long term issues.

Excellent job on completed project. Only reason for less than five stars was communication. The technician was a couple hours late and I was not notified. After calling them it worked out just fine. Some confusion because technician was given incorrect contact information.

Expertly installed! Crew cleaned up afterward. The only way you could tell they were there was the shiny new copper and new tank. I will absolutely utilize Jax for my future plumbing needs.

Mike responded to my request immediately, set up an appointment to look at my job and give an estimate right away, and then completed the work in 4 days. Within 8 days of my call my new water heater was installed. The contract was clearly set out, and the work was very professionally completed exactly as per the bid. Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. He left the work area clean when he left. I highly recommend Mike and Jax Mechanical.
