Absolute trash. An employee in a Copeland van rolled down his window and spit on our car while he was driving. He drove aggressively and put others on the road in danger. Occurred on 9/14/24. Company vehicle (license plate #46720V2)- also see that this unacceptable behavior has been done prior with another earlier review with the same vehicle information. Don't do business with this company. I'm sure you would not want a person who acts this way to be allowed into your home. Also note the terrible responses to poor reviews. Real professionals... not. In response the the company's reply: Yes, let's make up some excuse. I guarantee you it wasn't sunflower seeds. Also, someone working for you a while doesn't make them a good person if anything it says more about how terrible the company is. If your excuse is valid.. Does spitting out sunflower seeds require your worker to drive aggressively, tailgate, pull up beside our vehicle and harasses us? I think any person with any level of critical thinking would say no it doesn't make that behavior acceptable.. ever. Of course they won't admit their wrong doing. So, again the company does not take responsibility for their despicable behavior. Classic "we investigated ourselves and found ourselves not a fault".. comical. This says more than you need about their business and employees.

Last year Greg and his team installed a quality central HVAC system in my home. They had to remove the old heater from the wall, and then drywall that opening. Then cut holes in the ceiling for the central air vents. His team arrived on time, they were very organized and ready to work. The guys were courteous, professional and respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned their work areas before leaving each day leaving it cleaner than when they arrived. When plastering the drywall opening from the old heater, they were careful not let the plaster get on my floors. Plus, His team never complained about my 2 dogs barking ALL day at them. Miled, went over and above my expectations, by building a temporary fence to keep the dogs in yard while they installed the outside unit. They take pride in the work they do, and it showed. His team was GREAT to work with. I would highly recommend Copeland Mechanical Inc and his team to anyone needing HVAC service.

We had Miled and his team install a new HVAC unit in our home, and the whole experience was fantastic. From the start, their team was friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. They walked us through our options and patiently answered all our questions, making sure we felt confident about our choice and their quote/estimate was the best we had received. For AC/Heating, this is one my favorite service companies. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable technicians. Always know what they are doing, always do it right. I even call them for help with troubleshooting and other electrical problems and it never fails that my problem is quickly solved. If every service company operated the way Copeland Mechanical operates, the world would be a better place. Knowledge and professionalism are getting harder and harder to expect these days, but with Copeland Mechanical, you will only get the best. 5 stars!!!

Greg and his crew are the best - fast, friendly and better than fair pricing. If you live in the greater Bay Area you should do yourself a favor and call Copeland Mechanical first- you will not regret it!
