A woman answered, I asked if they sold thermal paste. She had no idea what I was talking about and told me there would be no one available that did until Tuesday. I called in a Friday. Better to let the call go to voice mail than answer and have no idea about your business.

Went quickly and without any problems. This repair was not simple, having to cut pipe and add a non threaded coupler. <br />

It was fine. They charged the same as others. They were responsive. We did not have any reason to have no reservation or concerns with them.

<p>Diagnosing the problem took a long time. The technician checked the water pressure in all sink and shower faucets and checked the water heater as well. He said I should do something about the water heater. The problem was in the tub/shower faucet balancing spool which he discovered at the very end of the visit. He was able to get some warm water from the faucet before he left. The technician should have checked it at the beginning, it would have saved a lot of time and money. </p> <p> The travel time charge was not explained when I set up the appointment. The first appointment included travel time from the office to my house and back to the office. My house is 4.7 miles from the office. I was charged $49 travel time for the evaluation. Travel time was included on the second visit as well. Apparently all Fred Hill appointments include a travel time fee.</p> <p>The total charge for a ceramic cartridge balancing spoon and balancing spooler retainer serving tub/shower valve was $431. Most other plumbing services do not charge a travel fee. I think the total cost was excessive.</p> <br />

They are always very punctual, very polite, and want to get the job done right.

Someones else discovered the leak and told me of Hill as a good one to fix it. Called and they did. <br />

I would give him super grades, he was very professional, very knowledgeable, he had solutions that other people didn't have to fix my problem and he got it done quickly. There were other people who would have had me wait a week, but he saw the necessity to get it done quickly and even though he had other job, he got my job done because I needed it desperately and immediately done, so he was willing to do that and when he left I worked.

Arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly

We will continue to use them.
