Despite being the day before Thanksgiving, my call was responded to the same day. Pete did everything he could to ensure I had heat for the holiday. He did not try to sell me services I didn’t need, and was completely honest in all his work.

He was very knowledgeable. He was very helpful. I would go back to him. It was a great experience. He was friendly. He was timely. He got out very quickly.

Above All installed a complete heater and AC system for us a few years ago and the customer service provided at that time and since has been first rate. Pete and his crew know their industry and take care of customers. They came out today for a minor repair - furnace wasn’t kicking on due to a wire that worked it’s way loose. Pete got me on the schedule today after I sent a simple text just yesterday. Can’t ask for more than that...

Great. He fixes the heater, tunes up the air conditioner. Found a leaky stem, replaced it and added coolant. Pete was awesome and will now be our “go to” guy!

<p>I was having problems with condensation creating a river in my garage from the A/C unit.  Pete, the owner of Above All came out to perform the work.  Due to my work scheduling conflicts I had to schedule an appointment on a specific day and he was able to accommodate me.   He first told me some possible reasons for the problem and solutions.  After checking the pressure of the coolant he determined that the drain that usually evacuates the condensation from the unit had a blockage and needed to be blown out.  I had told him that we had not had a service in over 6 years.  He easily could have sold me that my unit needed a recharge, or a supplement to the charge I currently had, which i was expecting since we had not had the unit serviced in over 6 years.  He also noticed a flaw in the way the drain for the condensation was configured. After blowing out the drain and fixing the configuration it works perfectly. I could not be happier with the service provided.  Pete also cleaned the condenser unit which was sorely needed.  </p> <br />

At first, I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of these people, and I don?t know anything about what is going on with my heat pump. But after speaking to an employee named Robert, he was really helpful and reassuring throughout the process. I don?t know anything about heat pumps or stuff like that, but he was able to help me get mine fixed and the worker he sent that maintenanced. My pump was really respectful as well.
