We got the best service with Zac’s. Technician Frank was awesome!! The best part is they are available on weekends. We had error codes coming up on our furnace.Frank did a very thorough job diagnosing.If you need efficient fast HVAC work call them. You won’t be disappointed!! Zac provides honest professional service at a reasonable price. These guys are the best choice in town. I asked Zac to come out for a second opinion. Previously Blaine Heating and A/C had come but they were unclear about what would fix the heater, they wanted to replace part after part, and the cost kept rising. I’m glad I called Zac. He answered his own phone and came out immediately. He recommended a yearly service rather than replacing costly parts. My heater is working in one visit and I’m paying a fair price. Also gives Military discount 10/10

Zach and his technician were excellent completely responsive immediately efficient and got my two heaters working for my two homes within just a couple of hours of my first call. I’m super grateful and our whole family is nice and cozy now. Having him give me a quote for fixing the Cooling system systems now.

I highly recommend Zac’s Air Systems. Not only did he show up on time, but he scheduled an earlier time with me when he had an opening pop up. He did a full and very thorough service on my AC unit, which you could see by the photos it definitely needed. I was just expecting a before summer service but he found a few maintenance issues that if left unattended would become an issue in the future. He gave me the option to fix them now (if I wanted to) to avoid a future service call. I opted for him to make the repairs and I thought his price was more than fair! After he was done we went inside for a function test and it was pumping out cold air faster than ever! I don’t often write many reviews like this, but I felt like it is well deserved in this case. I will be using him every year. Very happy and highly recommend!

ZACS Air Systems is by far the best in town, with customer service being there first priority. They don't keep you in the "mist" but instead inform you of where you are and what you truly need. Had the best night sleep in 6 years and couldn't be happier!!! A+ business!!!

I got home after a long day of work to find out my AC was not working. On a Sunday and after 7pm I was super bummed thinking no one would come out. I had another company come out and tell me I had to replace my AC unit. Zacs made time in their schedule, same day, to verify if it needed replacing and it did not! I was a simple part replacement. They literally saved me thousands of dollars! All the guys were friendly and honest and did a great job. I will call them for any future HVAC needs! Highly recommend.

Exelent work and customer service, I called Zac for the firs time today in the morning, we arrange a 2 hours time frame and he came by on time, he also told me what the issue was with my furnace heater, and gave me an estimate to fix the problem, and i told him to fix it so it could solve the miss function on my furnace heater., and now my furnace heater is working out normally, I would strongly recommend him to service your AC or Heater problems.

Had issues with the ac blowing warm air and shutting off in 100+ degree weather! I called Zac on a Sunday in the evening to book an appointment for the next day but he squeezed me in last minute and promptly came to check what was going on. I'm so grateful for the service despite the time I called, especially during this heat! He kindly explained what was wrong and gave me a first time customer discount! I most definitely will continue using Zac's Air System's services in the future and strongly recommend them!

Call them in a Sunday Morning, show up within an hour. Technician Jack was great and knowledgeable. Owner Zac showed up later and guided us tru the issue that was solved ASAP. Great service!!! 100% recommended.

Today I called Zacs Air to see if they were the ones who took care of my air conditioner last year. They were. I talked to Zac told him what was going on. He was busy but said if he had a cancellation he would come out. Prayer works. Zac called me said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. He was. Zac and his coworker came and did what they do best professionally. They fixed the system and now I'm good. Zac was very kind in service & fair with pricing. If you need good. Zac was so great! I called him at 8AM on a Monday and by 8:30 he arrived to my house in Atwater. He fixed so many things that were wrong with our home and was so upfront with everything. He was also super honest, which is hard to find these days with repairmen. I highly recommend you go with Zac for your AC needs and make him your go to. He sure is ours!

Zac's has excellent customer service, timely responses and doesn't try to upcharge you with service you don't need. When they give you time window of when they are going to show up, they show up in that time frame and text or call you to let you know they're on the way. Highly reccomend Zac's!

AWESOME! Zac’s the guy you call when you need help with AC or heat! ! He goes above and beyond, is customer oriented, kind, and knows what he’s doing. I called him at the end of finishing a job out of town and he was at my home within 20 min. He saved me from having to replace my AC unit by going above and beyond and trouble shooting some issues. Contacted Zac’s air system. After explaining what the issue was. He was able to go over that same day, and took care of the issue right away. I live out of the area so was not there in the home. But he kept me informed the whole time. He was quick to fix the problem. Will definitely save his number, to keep doing business with him since his services were quick and very professional.

After explaining my issue over the phone Zac’s air systems fit me into the schedule almost immediately! So soon during this busy time I wasn’t ready for the response. After arriving and diagnosing the issue he installed a new thermostat I had and fixed a wiring issue. All of this was after another A/C company attempted and were unable to find the issue! Zac’s air systems stayed in contact for a few days to make sure the problem was addressed and need no further response! Oh and a good personality.
