Joe is the best, he came out the day we were in trouble, our condensers broke down because they were 17 years old, he could have fixed them but we just wanted new already, he got the equipment the next day and brought his team to install. Any questions or issues we have had, he has came by and shown us how to use it a couple of times, even changed our thermostats out for free. His customer service is the top of the chart, I recommend him to anyone in need.

In August on a late Friday night with Monday being a holiday my AC stopped working. With having 3 little kids in the home I made a post on Facebook. I got multiple recommendations but to no avail until Joe’s wife commented with her husbands information. I contacted him and within 2 hours he was here and my AC was up and running. The best part is he didn’t charge me an arm and leg although he could have considering the time of night and a holiday weekend. As a homeowner I stress every time something happens. So whenever our AC system started leaking through the ceiling on a summer night, you can probably imagine the range of emotions I was feeling. My wife called Joe and he promptly responded. I was immediately impressed by how easy going and nice he was. He not only figured out quickly what needed to be fixed but also spent the time to talk to me about a few tips and tricks that would help so our issue didn’t repeat itself. Lastly, like all repairs I always brace myself for the cost. I was honestly surprised when he told me what it would cost. Let’s just say it was cheaper total then I have paid any other technicians just to diagnose an issue in my house. He is now the only HVAC person I will call. He was super responsive - even came out same evening in the hottest week of the summer to do a quick inspection, then replaced my furnace and AC unit within a days time. I had a surprisingly great experience with Rasp HVAC recently. I got a straight forward examination of my current system and then was offered a couple of options for a solution. He gave a detailed estimate of the materials and labor with a guarantee of labor and materials. I agreed and he and his helper completed the installation immediately. Simply stated Joe Rasp is an honest and reliable professional. Our A/C started blowing warm air overnight during a heat wave with daytime temps well over 100. We reached out to Joe at 6:30 am, and after a prompt response he was at our house within an hour. He took care to accurately diagnose the issue rather than trying to upsell me and my 8 month pregnant wife on a whole new unit, as some shady salesmen would using fear tactics taking advantage of our rather desperate situation. Joe left to get the particular parts he needed and complete an install that was already on his calendar, but when he returned he made quick work of the repair. On top of that he included a lifetime warranty on the repair! Ultimately I would highly recommend Rasp HVAC to anyone.

Joe came out after we had ASI come out…ASI told us there was zero hope for our system, only replacement at $16,000…Joe was able to help bandaid for now until my husband and I can figure out how to finance a new system…and the quote is substantially less for the replacement. Joe also provided full transparency of the system, detailed videos were sent to my husband since he was at work, etc. A++ job. We will be recommending RASP HVAC to all of our family and friends.

Joe was RELENTLESS in tracking down a needed compressor for our 3 yr old Carrier HVAC. He came out for a service check, determined the problem, did NOT charge us at the time, kept us posted on where the part was, and got that unit up and running, we are completely impressed and recommend him to EVERYONE!
