The installers showed up promptly within the window they gave us, they replaced the upstairs ducting and installed dampers to balance the air (one room is a lot warmer because of the sun). We had multiple quotations and they were significantly better than the rest. This did solve our issue completely!

We replaced our existing furnace with a new one. FEL-AIR (Brian and Clint) explained everything about the change out and answered my numerous questions. There was a slight glitch, which FEL-AIR resolved immediately and I ended up with a better furnace at no extra cost. The installation by Brent was well executed and everything works perfectly. Thanks FEL-AIR for a job well done. The project value was $7500 and was completed on May 4, 2021.

My A/C stopped working last night. I called Fel-Air first thing this morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for me this evening. The technician was very professional. He was able to tell me within 5-10 minutes that I needed a new solenoid. He had the part with him and replaced it, got my A/C up and running! I was so happy to only have been without my A/C for half a day. Also, I was very happy with the cost of the repair. Thank you Fel-Air!

The crew did all the work in a single long day, finishing up late in the evening. We had a ton of old duct work which they removed and installed the new ducts in the attic. The crew worked very hard and were professional. They cleaned up after the job inside. There was some debris left on the front yard. The crew mentioned that they felt that Clint took good care of them as employees. The price was excellent and very competitive compared to other companies. If you are on a tight budget I'd recommend Fel Air. If you have a historic home with lathe and plaster construction, you may want to keep an eye on the crew and plasterers as they aren't familiar with construction techniques from the 20s and 30s. Can't really blame them, but historic homes take a little extra care when cutting through the lathe. There were some challenges especially with the plasterer, but after convincing him that our house was not constructed out of concrete he did a decent job. Overall I thought they did a good job, especially for the cost.

had been using them for Service for the past 5 years but seems that the company's owner(Clint) altitude towards service and honesty has changed. I asked them to perform service for a HVAC repair that was going to be reimbursed by Home warranty, Despite my request that he calls AHS for approval prior to repair, He failed to call Warranty company for approval and told me that he did, when i submitted the claim the AHS company denied the claim. I have contacted him numerous times and he always claims he will resolve the issue by calling the AHS warranty customer service. I wont be holding my breath on this anymore and will accept a loss of 625$.
