I have had Exclusive HVAC do repairs and replace our AC unit. They are always quick with their response time. Both times I needed services they were able to come out the same day for assessments and estimates. When they did repairs, they were completed the same day. When they replaced our AC unit they were able to come out the next day (as they had the parts on hand)! I highly recommend Exclusive HVAC for their quality service and professionalism.

We made the call, and Patrick answered the call! The overall experience was quick, efficient, informative, friendly, and fixable. My heater stopped working while it was snowing nonetheless and Exclusive was one of many repair companies that I contacted. Not only were they the only ones that actually answered my phone call but they were able to send someone out and he was able to fix my problem in only a few hours. I contacted Exclusive HVAC for heating repair and Phillip was honest and let me know it was just a maintenance issue. The job was done in no time and I was able to schedule same week plumbing services. Phillip also stopped my toilet from making noise, my house is peaceful again. I would highly recommend services.

Our shower head was leaking, so I called this company because they fixed our heater for us last year. They scheduled a service tech to come over the same day. He showed up on time, was professional and courteous and did the job right. He even cleaned up after. I've dealt with other companies before when we lived down the hill and I know how shady some can be, but this company is professional and they give great customer service. I'll be sticking with this company for our HVAC & plumbing needs.

Service went well, furnace was igniting with a boom. A retro kit was installed.. Heard one smaller boom about a week later. Tech visited quickly and adjusted pressure a bit. Tech was informative and friendly.
