I chose PDS Plumbing & Air in part because it is a veteran-owned business, which mattered to me as a retired Navy disabled veteran. I recently had six-month HVAC maintenance and a water heater flush done during the same visit. The next day, I found that I had no hot water. During the follow-up visit, we discovered the water heater had not been turned back on after service. Once it was turned on, it began making very loud banging sounds. I was also concerned that very little sediment seemed to come out during the flush. What further bothered me was that after the immediate issue was addressed, the conversation shifted toward upselling additional services, which felt inappropriate under the circumstances. I was not seeking a refund. I simply wanted to make the owner aware of my concerns, but I did not receive a response.

Great, very nice and professional Jason is a very well lit guy and knows how to get the job done. Chance is also very good at what he does, I thank both of these gentlemen for their service . Also at a pretty decent price, so i got my moneys worth

Arturo responded to our need for emergency work on our leaking water heater within about an hour. Jayson and Chance were out early the next morning to finish the work and replace our water heater. Couldn’t be happier with the response time, the professionalism of the technicians and the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.

Arturo and Jose did an amazing job on the apartment sewer lines. Very professional and helpful. Will definitely call him back.

Another great service call with PDS plumbing. Water Heater hasnt been serviced for a looong time! Art and Tommy were prompt, polite, and completed the job expertly from start to finish. They explained each step and why it was being done Additionally, a cartridge was replaced in one of the showers fixing a lukewarm shower problem. I am grateful for their work today.
