Plumbing has severely failed. We’d had over 20 leaks from elbows in ceilings walls and floors. Don’t know it until damage is done and usually extensive. Reached out to them for resolution but they refused to help. Told me to take it up with ailing father ( Wayne) who is in care home with dementia. House is a wreck!

The job was contingent on servicing the heat pump. Maples explicitly assured us they could do that. They did the manifold competently, then walked off the job, said they could not service the heat pump. The tech was on site a couple of days, there were long delays for parts, and the whole time nothing was said about not doing the heat pump.

Great. Another vendor told me the line was broken in multiple places and needed replacing which would cost $4500. Gary at Maples put in a clean out st the sidewalk and found there was a p trap in the line which they did in the 1920s and was able to punch through the roots. The line wasnt broken. It is all fixed.

He was great, he was fast. He worked quickly while carrying on a conversation with my kids. explaining what he was doing and why every step of the way. He was a nice polite gentleman who even told the kids good night from the door on his way out. He handled my already stressful situation very well...Thanks David
They came on time, stuck very close to the bid and the work was finished within the time frame. Easy to get along with.

I called several plumbers and plumbing companies for advice and quote on a sewer line. Years ago, I had quotes from $4k to $7k, so I put it off. But I'm thinking of selling my house and I didn't want any hitches or glitches due to an illegal sewer line. Mapleservice sent David out the same day as my call, he checked out the situation, and called the city, who sent out a staff person. David called me several times (I was at work) and we left messages and had a bit of phone tag. The next day we connected and he said that I did not need to do the work! And the city agreed and corrected their records! He explained everything very clearly and was very knowledgable and courteous. David used a camera to run up the line from the street, which showed that my line was OK. I really appreciate that he thought about the situation and figured out and solved the problem. I will definitely call Mapleservice in future for my plumbing needs.
Fast response. Given alternative options: replace or order parts, compared Bosch with American units (educational.)
Went out for lunch and came back promptly.
Extremely pleasant, Attentive to my financial limits. ( I am 74)
Long wait for tub. When it arrived it did not fit. Long wait for replacement. Finally, installed properly. However, though we were warned that they would NOT do necessary construction, we also had to hire an electrician to complete the installation. Then, the long bowl toilet was installed with a round seat.

Very disappointed in everything, especially for the price. Work was not done correctly and when I called to get it done right I was told they would get back to me, and they never did. I chose to use other plumbers.

Needed to place water heater and subsequently, thermocouple. Part of the problem was low propane pressure caused by a defective pressure regulator.

I had a leaky faucet in the shower. I called Maples in to fix it and was told that this would be a simple fix, and that I could probably do it myself. The man was nice enough to tell me the tools I would need to complete the job. Service call charge (I think $50). I bought the tools, but was unable to fix the leak. A few months later I called them again and they attempted to fix it. I was told that I would need to go through the wall to fix it (quote ~$1000, but I didn't do it. Another service call charge). I didn't have that kind of money so I waited 6 months before calling them again to come and do it. This time I got a guy that said that the wall didn't need to be opened up, but that he could just fix it. An hour later the leak was fixed (~$180). I was a bit perturbed that this guy was able to fix it, when the others couldn't (saving me many months of wasting money and water). However, I was thrilled that I didn't have to rip into a wall, so in the end I was satisfied.

They had a plumber here the day after my non-emergency call. The main plumber was quick, knowledgeable, and personable. He took care of the leak and cleaned up well. I thought he did a good job.
