Lambert Heating and Air Conditioning

Lambert installed New AC/Heating system for three of our properties. Alan is very knowledgeable and was accommodating giving me several options and solutions within my budget. His prices are competitive especially for the quality of work provided. His team was courteous, clean and answered all questions. They went way and above to make certain I was satisfied. I was happy with the work on the first property therefore had Lambert do the next two properties several months later and quality remained the same. This is the first time I have written a comment because this company definitely is top notch!

Lambert H & A is the most honest HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. I had my old furnace (39 years old) replaced and my AC compressor removed at no additional charge. My Angie’s List coupon was also honored. Alan Lambert and his employees are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, clean and efficient. Services are quoted fairly and there are NO hidden charges. I had gotten two other quotes; both outlandish. One told me they would have to make a hole in my mb ceiling to remove and accommodate a new furnace in the space; instead of utilizing the existing hallway opening. All work was completely in a very professional manner and HERS testing/ city permit were obtained. Thank you for the excellent service!

They had to work on my furnace/air conditioning because it wasn't working, but they fixed it.  I didn't have any problems with them.  They are my regular service provider.

I have scheduled for them to come back out in Oct for a yearly check.  Manual who came out was professional and knowledgeable, would gladly recommend them to may family and friends.

Alan was very professional and very personable. He was always concerned about providing good service and a good product. His team was very polite and tidy. Any issues were handled efficiently and without complaints. I always felt confident that everything would be handled to my satisfaction. When there was a unit placement trial and error situation that resulted in a big hole in my bedroom wall, Alan called in a drywall and paint specialist to fix it. This was the first winter my house didn't give me a cold, and I am looking forward to a cool summer. I had a lot of confidence in Alan and his team. I've not been able to say that too often in my experience with contractors. I'm very happy.

Work was done but took a lot longer than expected.. Good work and service.

Arrived within the specified time window, was polite and professional. Found the problem within three or four minutes, fixed in another five minutes. We'd also asked for a routine maintenance on the heater/air conditioner which he did while running the heater to verify that it heated when it should and stopped when it should. We were very pleased by his manner and his work. The price was reasonable and appropriate.

Alan Lambert returned my call promptly and arrived at the agreed time. Alan did an end-to-end inspection of the system. He disassembled and inspected the system on both ends for a complete leak check. Testing determined there were no leaks and the refrigerant load was correct. The compressor run capacitor was replaced and the correct size power breaker was installed. The system was tested and found to be functioning well. Mr. Lambert completed all work in one visit. Alan explained all steps clearly and performed the work necessary. Well done and appreciated, will call again!

Manuel was beyond superb!! We were told by another company that we needed to replace our entire A/C unit and pay $10,000 to do it. He checked out our AC unit and said our unit was just fine. He took the time to show us different ways to check on and take care of our unit without trying to sell us anything! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed and told him Lambert Heating & A/C is where we'll go to for all our heating and A/C needs!

<p>Alan Lambert came out to take a look at an issue I was having. Immediately upon turning on the thermostat, the symptom presented itself. He went right to work examining and testing the unit, determining that we had an electrical issue. An although his testing equipment showed that the continuity was fine, when he touch or moved a wire and that too, caused the issue. But which one and where? </p> <p>After an hour or so of testing and eliminating possible circuits or components, he zeroed in on a Relay Switch and replaced it. The HVAC unit was tested and this issue did not return. </p> <p>This one was a bit of a challenge but Allen used his experience to get to the root cause.  </p> <p>Allen was pleasant and professional and shared his findings while working through them. </p>

In a word, "awesome"! In my opinion, this was an especially challenging project. I should note that two other contractors were invited to bid and neither responded after surveying the job.  <br /> The house is old; circa 1950 and in many areas the existing duct was difficult to access. I could tell from his questions and the way he evaluated the necessary work, the owner, Allan knew his onions. He took great care to inspect all the essential areas in detail and then provided a quote on the spot.  <br /> However, it was more than just a quote. He quoted five different scenarios from Platinum to Budget. Upon his recommendation, we went with the second to the least expensive.  <br /> The two guys who did the work were equally impressive. They were respectful, prompt and professional. The work was completed on schedule and without incident. When it was done, Allan followed up personally to ensure we were satisfied. <br />
